It took two weeks, and it was the most unprofessional business I've ever been to , I could feel the pressure in the air and the stress level was very high. These are not happy people I could tell right away and they got so mad at me because they sent it to the wrong pharmacy actually had my primary write out the prescription because I couldn't wait. I d I would give the same number to if I was on an island and there was no one else I might let him look at me.

Had to take a day off work because they don't follow their hours of operation either as they close early. Extremely unhelpful and untimely. God forbid you're a person who works and is sick be prepared to deal with this circus. Double check your insurance because my specialist visits were $200. I would go anywhere else if I could.

The staff were super friendly and the eye doctor is fantastic. I love that I don't have to deal with the air blast in my eye as they use something newer. I also love that you can manage your appointments online. My glasses and contacts came in quickly as well.

It was $40 The, "Manager" Is the one who processed our order she said it could possibly be covered by insurance and I said that was great. I thought she said that she would call me the next day and let me know. She says she said otherwise but let me tell you how that happened. I called optical outlets after more than a week of not hearing from them to ask about my son's prescription. I had told The person who answered that I was waiting for my son's prescription and that I haven't received a phone call yet and I expected that I would have that, I thought I would received a call the next day or within a couple of days, so she places me on hold and gets her " Manager" Who Oddly begins to drill me like who said that ,when , where , what time I'm like ma'am, The woman who checked me out. I did not know it was the manager who checked me out btw. The "manager" Proceeds to raise her voice over speak me and say ma'am I'm the manager. I've been doing this for over 20 years and nobody told you anything about calling you the next day. I then tried to talk to her and tell her well that's what I thought but she proceeded to overtalk me very ignorantly. I guess her manager position selling optical lenses has gone to her head, and she feels the need to over talk and yell at her customers and not even listen to what they're trying to say. Crazy enough my phone number is 470 in Orlando is 407 so the reason I called was thinking they had called me, but I hadn't got the call but the woman was in a bad mood. I don't know what her problem is, but she's always moody every visit and she has no place and customer service as a manager. I want our prescription canceled. I'm reporting this incident to the insurance. To the BBB into the Florida licensing bureau
