Apparently my card was never charged, but they shipped the contacts and I got a letter at the end of the year stating that they didn't receive payment and that I was delinquent - never received a letter before this and that was over six months ago. They claimed to have called my phone, but I don't have record of a message from them. You would think they would have mailed a bill sooner. Someone took down my credit card number so is my card information just lying around the office? I have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks left messages. No one has called back no answer on the billing line and a left a message in the office no call back. Finally today I got an answer and I gave my credit card number again so hopefully they have their money now but that will be the last dollar they get from our family. They allow ONE exchange of the lenses only within a year, and then you are stuck with the frames no matter the issue, per their "policy" after only 30 days.

I was very sad to learn he's moving to Delaware and won't be able to do my other two surgeries. It's a very scary path when talking about eye surgery. The reason I had this issue is I used an Orlando plastic surgeon to do lower lid surgery and he just botched it. Eventually it healed good enough that I wasn't hideous. The right corner of my eye over the years started bunching and tightening in the corner. Scar tissue I'm guessing. Dr Ross asked who I used, and as soon as plastic surgeon came out of my mouth, he said people should never use a plastic surgeon for anything but body treatments like breast, tucks, liposuction etc. I guess people aren't aware of this, I sure wasn't. Said same about the nose & ears. Who know? Said most are not qualified to do eyes as they are a more complex surgery. So far I'm on day 4 and things seem to be healing well. Not too much bruising or swelling. My post op is this Thursday. Hope he's pleased. No pain at all. Some tenderness, probably from the bruising. The surgery center staff were the nicest people I've ever had at ANY surgery center. PLYS DUDNT MAKE ME COME IN 3 hrs prior to my time. My time was 12, to me in at 1130 and took me right back. By the time I was prepped, they took me right in. What's the purpose of a three hour arrival time? This was such a great surprise. Shout out to all of the surgical staff, especially Paula. She was one of the nurses. Just so warm and comforting. The nurse anesthetist could have been on the lighter side but she was ok. Now I found his scheduler not as pleasant or friendly as everyone else I had the pleasure to work with. Dr Ross will miss you! Best of luck in Delaware.

Dr. Fisher immediately picked up on a problem and referred her to Dr. Rousseau who also works in his office to help with her issue. The learning disability was stemming from her vision. The doctor is very kind and patient, working with a three year old isn't necessarily easy! He took his time, he was genuine and sincere, and was not inconvenienced at all by my questions. He talked to us and answered all of our questions, making sure we understood everything 100%. They have an adorable little room designated just for kids to make sure they never see it as a negative experience which is something I truly appreciated about this doctor. He was unable to do the particular procedure for my daughter so he referred us to a specialist he highly trusted and scheduled our appointment there for the very next day. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you have small children scared of visiting the doctor. He will help them overcome it and create a positive experience for them.

I was given the price $130 which I felt was reasonable. The day of my appointment, I was asked for my insurance card which again I told them it did not cover vision. Everything went well paid for my exam in full about a couple of weeks or month went by and I got a bill in the mail for an additional 76 dollars. I called to find out why was I being billed when I paid for my exam in full. I was told by the lady in office she had spoken to the eye doctor, and I just needed to pay an additional $10 dollars. I sent in a check for $10 and a week later received another bill in the mail for an addition $86 dollars called spoke to someone different was told they would get back to me and nobody got back to me. When I received another bill, I went to the office and was told that since they billed my insurance, and it didn't cover total expense that the additional cost was my responsibility. Oh, she did say she would waive the $20 dollar, I guess late fee. I will never ever go here again. If you go for an eye exam here and they give you a price you may want to get it in writing and if you do not have vision insurance don't give them your insurance card if you do you may get another bill in the mail.

Unfortunately they do not accept Davis. So I found Eyedeal Vision Care Inc in Rockledge and Viera.. I called and spoke with co-owner Linda Sarkarati on Monday.. She said they had the IGreen frames and they take Davis.. So yesterday I drove to the Rockledge store to find about 8 pairs of IGreen.. the shop was busy and only one person working, Stacie who was no help so she called Linda in the Viera store.. and I drove there to get her to help me.. Again they have about 6 IGreen frames in the store.. So we went thru the website looking for frames.. but I would have to order them without trying them on.... So I asked could I Buy the frames at Optique and have her do the lenses and use my insurance.. She said yes.. then she reads a paper from my insurance company and says.. oh no.. the paper states "Allowance applied to complete eyewear" and says she would do it but can't because Davis requires me to get frame and lens to use my $300... I called Davis this morning and they said.. I can buy the frames and take them to Eyedeal and have them do the lenses and they will be covered. BTW Glasses are over $600 .. so today I call Linda and now she says oh no.. its our policy you have to buy both from us.. No.. that is not what you said yesterday.. You said Davis would not cover my purchase for just the lenses, but Davis said they will.. If she had the frames I would buy them from her .. she blamed the sales rep for not having them in stock..Maybe she treats the sales rep like she treated me because Optique Unique has a full display with probably 100 styles to choose from and the rep services them.. So sadly as an owner Linda is not willing to make an exception even tho she told me she would .. I told her you are still going to make money and she said she does not make money on lenses.. OMG... Another excuse.. Now I am able to pop in and try out any frames I want. The staff are always super helpful and nice. I'm always greeted/acknowledged when I first walk in, even when they are with another customer. The store is clean and well put together. Warby Parker is one of the few that offer an anti fatigue lens. A midpoint before bifocals/progressives which are much harder to get used to. The anti fatigue lens has become a game changer for me. Being on the computer all day long I know longer get headaches and feel myself squinting so much less. As for pricing.... I was able to get 2 pairs (with the 2 pair discount) for the same price without insurance than if I were going to a place through my insurance. For reference, quoted $200 at Pearl ($850 with $640 insurance discount). $213 total at Warby with the anti fatigue (adds $100) and the thinner lenses (adds $40).
