After being told I'd have to wait over 3 hours they finally decided to do the work now. I had clearly explained that I needed wiring work as well as an adapter changed for towing. What I got was the same adapter I already had been using just attached. Of course they didn't use the one I already had. No wiring work done which was the entire reason I had "scheduled" the appointment. At this point they decided to tell me how much more that would cost as if I couldn't afford it. No apologies, nothing! Stay away from this place.
