Not only did they do what they were asked, they also noticed that one of her sensors were bad. They gave us pricing information before we left and other tips. We'd had a long busy day and were all over the place trying to explain things. They were patient, shook our hands, joked around a bit. My first visit to Caliber was for my 2020 Audi SQ5 which was rear ended and I connected with them after I couldn't use the provider my insurance company (USAA) suggested. When I called I spoke with Sandy in scheduling and the process was super easy, they took the estimate via email, got me scheduled promptly, and kept me informed through the process. They also coordinated my rental car via enterprise for me and coordinated the return. Through the process of repairing my Audi I was informed throughout and was invited in to see the damages after the vehicle was assess with removed parts. For this my advisor/adjuster was Selena and she's very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Overall this is great repair shop that will take car of your vehicle and provide quality customer service. Most recently my 2008 Toyota Camry was serviced and this was a very similar process. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the damage the vehicle was totaled. Nonetheless Selena and Sandy kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked directly with USAA and Copart. Hopefully I won't be returning this year or anytime soon but I'll gladly return here and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs from accidents.

Here's our experience with QC Auto and Danny: A friend from out of town had some (blinking lights on the dash)issues with her Subi and the dealership (couldn't get her in)recommended QC Auto. They diagnosed it right away, saying that the tranny was shot and charged her $228 to diagnose.They gave a $8k-$9k estimate to fix the tranny. They said they'd TAKE THE TITLE and forgive the $228 debt if she just wanted to leave her car and send the title. I guess they thought they'd take advantage of "dumb women". Not today, Satan. We handled it ourselves by flying in a ASE mechanic that we know. $500 computer part and it's fixed. Plane tix, lodging, and food for our mechanic was still cheaper than the estimate we got. I'd never recommend this QC Auto company on state st. in Bettendorf. We called the dealership and told them the same. Our mechanic says this company, specifically Danny, seems like a shyster and should not be trusted.

Brought my car in because the brakes went to the floor, they replaced the back brakes and said I had a bad caliber, they told me the price and although it was expensive, I agreed because I needed to get it fixed. When I picked up my car, the price was a lot more than what was quoted. And the brakes still go to the floor. So still dangerous to drive and manager didn't seem to care. They also had added a brake kit on there that was $11.09, I was charged $110.90. clearly added a zero behind it. Didn't read right on my invoice. When I called about it, I got an agent that didn't listen and didn't speak clear English. She just kept asking if I wanted to make an appointment. I told her I needed to talk to a manager and she put me on hold and told me the manager was with a customer and will call me back. I waited an hour. I called back and I was told that the manager was still with a customer. So I decided to drive up to the store only to find out that it was closed for the day. Not once did the agent that answered the phone tell me they were closed but lied to me and told me the manager was with a customer all 3 times I called. I did call the next day and the manager said the invoice was wrong but then said they charged 110.90 for new lug nuts. And he isn't sure why it was billed under a brake kit. Never apologized, never tried to make it right and honor the invoice. Over $700 for back brakes, one caliber and "lug nuts" ! I called the Davenport store just to see what they would tell me and I asked how much for the same service and the guy was extremely nice and gave me a breakdown and even said you can bring in your own lug nuts if you would like to save money! That is honest!! The only reason I even went there was because my lug nuts were stuck and I couldn't get them off, otherwise I could have done the work myself. So disappointing that there was no communication! That is poor business taking people for as much as you can and not being upfront and honest! Had they been honest and quoted the correct price with the breakdown BEFORE the work, and maybe if the brake pedal still didn't hit the floor after paying all that money, then I would have something nice to say!!
