I noticed that every time someone came in with a request to get something set up, the printing manager would come up with some outlandish excuse or pricing that made the person leave or cancel their request. In the 2 and half hours I spent up there, there were more people with funeral programs that got turned away, than should have been. My order turned into a disaster. I ended up getting it done at Kinkos who finished it and printed it in less than 30 minutes.

They had to get approval from their home office to replace it, which took about 10 days, but the authorization came through. They replaced it with another used chair of the same model, but no squeak.
