This job was challenging as replacing the main support beams, and joints took place in the crawl space with very limited access. Joel did not appear to be affected by this; his first priority was to help us with this issue. After accepting his quote, Joel was on site with his team the next day, even though it was Saturday. Joel has a few teams on his staff that complete projects quickly and efficiently. The team that worked on our cabin was organized, effective, and executed an excellent job in 4 days (working through the weekend). They respected our property even though we were not there. Joel provided us with daily updates with phone calls, texts, and pictures during the job. After completing the job, they left the property clean and, most importantly, ready for the next 20-30 years.
