Complimentary dog waste bags

Beautiful park with a nice paved walking trail that is dog friendly. They have poop bag stations and a water fountain with a dog bowl for your pup to hydrate on your walk. There are sand volleyball courts and tables to picnic. We really enjoyed our visit and highly recommend.

Excellent park tucked away in Elm Grove! There are a number of trails you can take in varying lengths. They have softball diamonds, tennis courts, basketball courts and soccer fields all over. There's even a frisbee golf course in the back. It's a dog friendly park, too! Try it out if you're in the area.

Almost don't want to leave a positive review so we can keep this little treasure to ourselves. All public pools get over crowded quickly.

Rainbow park, times have changed. For those who did not know, let me tell you some history about…read morethat big hill you see. This place used to be landfill a long time ago and they filled the place up and now it's a park. As a little boy I used to come here a lot. It's a nice and quite little park. There's just a few swings and some sand to play in and of course, there is that kiddy pool for the summer. I probably pee'd in it, haha... Next to the soda machine used to be a pay phone, you know? The one that you put in one finger at a time and turned it in a circular motion. Ah, rotary phones were cool, not! Soda in that machine was 25 cents and they had a machine inside the building that made a cup of chicken broth soup, hot coco or, coffee. Yes, no Starbucks back then. In the summer you can expect to see men dressed up in uniforms playing baseball. You can also play tennis. They have two courts here. Hopefully the nets are new. The most fun is probably during the winter months when snow is on the hill. Take a sled, grease it down with left over lard from Christmas dinner and your in for a joy of a life time. As I said, the park is small, but it's cozy. Just because something is big, does not make it better. [Review #173]

tl;dr A nice little park for a quiet neighborhood. Includes a playground, shelter, half basketball…read morecourt, baseball diamond, and a paved trail looping the park. Stopped here to waste some time while Momma was at the mall. The park is your standard neighborhood park, but with some touches. The park loses a star as the playground has a mulch surface instead of rubber (mulch is sadly used at almost every Brookfield park). Both the little kid and big kid playgrounds have one slide, but they each have fun noise makers attached that I've never seen at any other park before. The playground includes four swings (two baby swings, and two big kid swings). There is a paved walking loop that starts by the playground, wraps around the baseball diamond, and past the basketball courts winding back to the playground. Note: Dogs are allowed on the loop! The park shelter is small but includes a handicap accessible table, and one surprisingly awesome feature, a storage bin that the neighborhood put together with sporting goods and toys for kids to play with while they are at the park. Chalk, frisbees, soccer ball, baseball bats, and more. Way cool!!! Surrounding the entire park is a lot of landscaping and trees, yet they are all fairly young and are not shade producing yet. One other note, there are no bathrooms or drinking fountain at the park. Parking is limited to a few spaces in a parking lot, and no street/grass parking is allowed. While this is not a park your kid will spend hours at, it is a perfect place to get out all of those wiggles from a morning of running errands.

Also, a restroom or at least a water fountain would be great.

Nugget Nation MKE has one of the BEST curation of toys that CONSISTENTLY rotates. I like to emphasize the consistent because a lot of play spaces have kept the same toys month after month but not here! 3 Reasons You Should Visit Nugget Nation 1) It incorporates play for a variety of ages. I have an older son and an infant/toddler. Often times at most places I would get nervous that my older one would be too big and hurt the young ones or my little one would have nothing to do. This is the best for both worlds. 2) Play for every kid. I said this initially but there are a variety of toys that will peak your little one's interest or curiosity which is perfect for problem solving and imagination 3) The indoor play space is a perfect size - not too big where you will lose your kids inside and it's CLEAN. It you are a 90s kid and remember Chucky Cheese play gyms being the best thing - this is way better and will give you the mental ease that your children are safe. I read the previous review about attendees getting everyone sick and honestly that must be a fluke because I go at least once a month and found that other children are respectful especially when it comes to germs. Kayla and Jenna you are the best addition to our lives thank you for giving this mama a place to go when feeling cooped up.
