We looked at many types of tile but found some very nice Italian "Tuscan Paprika" 13x13" for $1.99 sf. / $37.61 case which is a great deal. We also got matching grout and the cement. Tim, the customer service guy there was very helpful and answered my many questions. We got a great deal. At least I think so. We compared prices at Homo Depot and the new Haverhill Lowes and the tile was so expensive I nearly had a stroke looking at the prices. Now the next stage: The self installation! HELP!

I'm sure Cale (our builder) will love to hear how you boast a lifetime warranty but then deny your own work after the fact. I won't get into the nitty gritty but this guy lied about what our pricing included then told us at the end the price wasn't for the backsplash in our kitchen as well and he wanted additional money for it (new construction build). He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?

Recently A and S stone installed a neolith island, backsplash and wall in my kitchen. Neolith is a…read morerelatively new sintered material that looks great and relative to marble and quartzite does not stain or etch. So it has the visual attractiveness of marble without the headaches. But for it to be installed properly it requires experience, precision and the correct workshop equipment. See the several horror stories on Houzz, a result of inexperienced installers. After a lot of research I chose A and S stone, Ipswich. Ma Their workshop has all the correct blades, used in the cutting of neolith. And David devotes a lot of time to matching all the slabs and asks the customer to review them. When installation time arrived, David and his son were punctual, and all pieces were installed with perfect alignment. Not a mark or scratch on the floor. Final result: a beautiful Neolith kitchen. I would wholeheartedly recommend A and S stone. They are consummate professionals!

This guy is in the armed forces, just got home from tour and was driving a new BMW. I got over there shortly after he arrived, walked in and saw two displays. Daltile and American olean. For those who don't know, Thors are the bottom feeder brands and they had them in a showroom most likely over priced. I started asking about Pasha tile which the old which should know about being a installer in groveland MA but she looked at me like I didn't know what l was talking about. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. I know for a fact they messed up a job at my family's house and after the shotty show room experience I would give less than 1 star if I could.
