So much so that we sent photos of everything that was missed and overlooked. They owner wanted to make it right and sent a couple cleaners back to finish the job a week later. After the second time we were still left with a huge amount of places that needed to be cleaned and delayed move in by a week. At 9 months pregnant I was left to do the thorough cleaning. The reviews looked good, and the owners seemed nice but the crews that were sent to our house left us feeling like they were extremely unprofessional. It was more than just details that were missed. They completely skipped an entire bathroom and room with the excuse that their "vacuum bag was full". We will not be using them again and felt way over charged for the amount of work.
