Worse part is that during the surgery for my left toe Dr. Riya Vyas only performed the surgery on one side and forgot to do it on the other side, and forgot to prescribe antibiotics after surgeries, that caused me infections, fever and pain that I had to go to urgent care by myself. When I reach out to her and told her about everything, she never even said a word of sorrow, and she push all the blame on me - claiming I required to only do 50% of the surgery during the process. I never required such thing and why would I? Just use common sense, it's not that deep. So far I never received any apologies, no sympathy, her clinic was basically just protecting her and never showed me any sorrow. Walk into this clinic with your own risk, it's only "nice and friendly" when things goes well. You better hope you never get into any medical malpractice, otherwise they will just tell you "you asked for it" with cold tone.

I ended up calling him at 7pm that Wednesday night, and he didn't answer. I figured they were closed and gone for the day. Well they were closed and gone for the day. But he returned the called 10min later...... He explained everything about the appointment he had with my mom. What he observed, what he did, and what he recommends, etc. What kind of doctor calls a patient back 7pm just to follow up on an appointment earlier in the day?!?! That kind of care and attention usually doesn't exist anymore. I was very surprised, and am very grateful. I said I have a chiropractor and massage therapist. He said don't see your chiropractor till after the MRI. She might mess it up. the next day my massage therapist worked on the cuboid bone in my foot. That was the cause of the foot problem. I had tight muscles in my thigh which made the leg seem weaker. It was a very odd visit with DR. Pastore. I had the feeling he was trying to push me into medical solutions for things that could be easily remedied by my long time chiropractor and massage therapist. Doctors almost always consider complimentary therapy bad.and useless. . I am left with feeling uneasy about visiting Dr. Pastore in the future.
