He asked me to send email to verify which I did. The email address was a "hotmail" address, strange and unprofessional but I sent it. Couple weeks later and I am still receiving past due messages about my business insurance. Sent another email message to Ron. Still no response. I called the insurance company and spoke to JaCourtney(?) and she said insurance was cancelled. Check website a few days later, insurance still showing up as active and past due. Still no response from Ron. Finally, cancelled insurance online and received message that insurance was cancelled. Now, three days later, still receiving notices about my insurance payment being due. Very unprofessional on both the broker and The Hartford. Go somewhere else!!!

Overall, he tries to play the nice guy while making sure claims are not paid out. While not directly calling you a liar, he says "I don't know who to believe" regardless as to what happened. So in essence, inferring you are not telling the truth without directly saying it. I am sure he is pleasant when he takes your money however. Please do not use his services. Go elsewhere in Pittsford, anywhere else. I am very disappointed in Craig Bauer. As he states, he is a 30+ year insurance agent, and makes sure the profession lives down to its name.

The office is incredibly "homey" and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door, from the decor to the "vibe". Ed has clearly created an environment that attracts great employees. Everyone was very warm, open, and eager to make me feel at home. Sean was fantastic at walking me through my new policies and making sure I understood what each line item actually meant, and why I should have the coverage I have. Or didn't need any more coverage than the basic level in some cases. There was no up-selling. He genuinely loves helping people, and that was clear during the entire 1+hour meeting. Ed stopped by to say hi in person. Another really open, easy-going, genuine guy who clearly enjoys what he does and from what he shared about the path that led him to where he is now, is a fantastic leader that has been recognized as such by State Farm. I like working with real, down-to-earth folks. Future interactions with an insurance agency may not always be driven by positive incidents. I have no doubt that any one of the team will go out of their way to take care of me from a place of genuine caring. So they had to remove it so I will shorten it I…read morepurchased motorhome Insurance June of 2024 I found out June of 2026 that this insurance agency wrote my motorhome as a travel trailer so with that being said DMV will not register my motorhome for 2 years and I was leaving for Lake Havasu Arizona to live in July of 2026 So to keep it short the owner and I met he agreed to pay for everything pertaining to the situation including towing the motorhome to Arizona so I could get it registered AZ So once the owner saw how high the bids were coming in he decided to not communicate with me any longer after he took full responsibility then he goes to me so with that being said if this is a type of insurance agency you want to hire that's totally up to you but just to be clear I gave them my registration my VIN number which is obviously on the registration but I also gave it to him through a picture of the sticker that's on my motorhome along with the policy that I had already with Progressive and I wanted the identical policy but the owner said in court that I should have showed the agent a picture of the motorhome so he knew it was in a travel trailer like seriously unbelievable so anyway you've been warned as long as they're collecting your money they're fine but as soon as they mess up they don't even want to give you their liability insurance to put a claim in how ironic for insurance company to not want to give you their insurance information if it wasn't so brutal of what's going on I really would have to laugh but there's nothing funny about this!
