Dealing with Larry was told they never recieved it so I sent my bank statement showing the payment. communication through email only. I was able to find that the bank had issued it but it was not cashed so possibly stuck in the que. Larry never let me speak with Lauren, but he did let the company terminate my insurance as I was unable to get the resolution in time. instead of placing things on hold so we could try and find what happened , he cancelled my policy of 30 years. No phone calls just through email. I work full time and don't always have access to a computer. AVOID them, They only care about the money.

We have had the worst customer service experience we have ever had for an insurance company. And in the end, because they have spent five business days now "addressing" their mistake I am sure that they have found a way to cover themselves so they can charge us in order to get our car fixed.
