I made an appointment with Kanoa, the owner, which was simple and available to complete online. I filled in the health info form available online to complete prior to arrival. Arrived at appointment and Kanoa took the time to explain all massage options and discuss which might be the best option for me based on my needs. They offer Orthopedic, CranioSacral, Accu-Roller, Reiki, and Scar tissue management and more for options. You can tell that staff have been highly educated and make you feel comfortable in their presence. The room was a nice temperature and large space to move around freely. Typically, I give the caseworker phone number to the medical receptionists and the billing people reach out to her for all the info. I was appalled that a pediatric office DENIED medical care to a vulnerable foster child, who is an infant, due to billing!! Clearly their priority is with money, not hurting kids. Will never go there again.
