I had the unknown issue on my head for several weeks and Katie took care of my anxious feelings by being very professional, kind, and made me feel like a valued patient. Our grandson has suffered for 2 months and nothing will help his condition. She was very negligent in her diagnosis. And now the hydrocortisone has caused a severe fungal infection. Our entire family goes there...but NOT any more. STAY AWAY!

Shelby is a dedicated professional and an excellent part of Dr. Greene's team. She takes the time to explain everything she does while examining you as well as offers advice. Plus she always has an assistant with her taking notes, helping out. Dr. Greene has organized a group of medical professionals. I'm very pleased with his office and Miss Lantier. I left the office today with a clean slate!!! :)

He takes the time to explain what he is seeing, and continues to support and educate you about the types of possible skin cancer etc. He ALWAYS follows up with his findings in a timely manner. Also, his office/building is super "fancy". Not sure how better to explain it. Large floral bouquets, granite counter tops, lots of wood work etc. I highly recommend Dr. Greene. And the treatment she suggested worked, and when it turned out it would cost me tons of money, they worked with me to find something different that was more affordable. Getting an appointment here is not easy to though! I made my last appointment pre-COVID (can you even remember that time??), and it was a 4 month wait. Due to COVID, it was going to be a video appointment, and it would have been another 4 months to reschedule! If you have any reason to make an appointment, make sure you don't wait. Book it now!

This is a practice that is so professional and comprehensive that it's rather hard to put it into…read morewords. All of the staff are compassionate and there are several related specialties, imaging, and labs all under one roof. We've never waited more than 10-15 minutes and the doctors are very willing to get additional expertise from others in the practice. At one point there were 5 doctors in the room as they collaborated to determine the best course of action and treatment. This stands in stark contrast to our experience at a practice in Syracuse where we only saw the doctor twice in almost 2 years, and got bounced between 6 different PAs during the other visits. We're so impressed that with the UR Psoriasis Center that we plan to switch to this practice and make the 1.5 hour commute each way to get the best treatment possible.
