Rose did an awesome job on my brows I will definitely be back. Place was very clean and had cute decorations through out. The only downside is on yelp it said if you check in you get 10% off a service but when I went to pay they didn't know anything about it. So I didn't get to use it. I don't know if it's a yelp issue or they were just unfamiliar with the coupon when I checked out. Either way I will be back.

There needs to be more personable employees at the front lobby…read more Employees shouldn't discuss personal things in front of customers. They don't promote specials when you check in. This was my first time here and was just told to check in and pick what you want from the screen. After getting my nails done I see the specials on the monitor. I'm sitting here writing this review as the same employee is talking with a tech with a customer sitting in the chair about a customer. They want you to pay cash and even have a convenient atm for you. They refuse to let you use your debit card or credit card to include a tip and tell you they only take cash tips, rudely I might add. The atm will only give you up to $200, and the employee couldn't figure out to use the cash for the tip and the debit card for the rest of this ridiculous bill. They charge $10 to shape your nails. My manicure didn't include soaking my hands in solution, just dry cutting my cuticles ...dry cutting my nails, I didn't want any polish and they for $40 don't even buff your nails for a shine. My niece has two cuts in her toes from her pedicure, she's a diabetic and we had the tell the tech 3 times not to scrub the bottom of her feet. Her nails were also rough. I was nicked twice but no blood on my toes. My toenails weren't cut, just filed. My nails have rough snagging edges and when I will get off of this review, I will never go there again and fix my nails. $370 for the two of us later no thank you. They do try and push drinks on you, they looked refreshing.

Chrissy Haywood at WellBella Spa didn't just do my makeup--she delivered a true bridal experience…read more From the moment I reached out, she set the tone with a heartfelt "Congratulations!" that made me feel celebrated. Her package included travel to my home/venue, which made everything seamless and stress-free. She arrived with a beautifully curated gift basket: a mini bottle of champagne, fresh fruit, candles, an inspiring photo frame, a bridal purse, and thoughtful party favors for my bridal party and guests. It was more than makeup--it was a moment. Chrissy didn't just show up--she showed out. I felt pampered, seen, and fully bridal before I even stepped into my dress. Chrissy made me feel like a bride before I even walked down the aisle. Thank you Chrissy! Carla~

I wouldn't justify giving myself the time to go anywhere for self-care anyway. I got a gift certificate for my birthday LAST YEAR and just got around to using it before it expired. I had no idea what to cash in on because I have never had a professional facial in my life. After consulting friends and doing a ton of research, I chose two skin care treatments that pushed me a little out of my comfort zone and am now kicking myself for not having scheduled this sooner! There was absolutely nothing to be nervous about. Mika was so professional, gracious, understanding, and made me feel comfortable. She talked me through each selection I chose and eased my concerns and discussed how to care for my skin after leaving the spa. Once she got to work I was able to relax and enjoy the time for myself. After my facial, I took a look in the mirror and didn't recognize my own face. My skin glowed, I looked hydrated and youthful, the dullness was gone and I felt more beautiful than I have in a long time without makeup. In fact, I have such a boost of confidence in finding my face again that I want to flaunt my new skin makeup-free for a while. The compliments from my husband and children alone were worth it. They said I looked well-rested and beautiful and I believed them because I could really see it too. If you are hesitating about booking an appointment, don't! You will be in good hands. This family owned business knows what they are doing and I am so excited to come back and try the other services they offer. Thank you so much Mika for my pampering today. It meant more than you know!
