We provided a deposit for artwork received one idea, we put project on hold we did not think she was able to provide us with the art. We ask for our deposit back she hangs up on us or will not answer Text, email, or phone. She threatens us with her lawyer I ask for her work she claims she did! She will not provide her work $510.00 . She is ripping off a non-profit ! no stars at all but it will not let me post it unless you give them one. read more

Whoever is answering the phones here is TERRIBLE at customer service. She used the phrase "yeah I don't care" within 30 seconds of answering the phone. I just asked if they could use my screen or have to burn a whole new one. Because I have an industry standard sized screen and she said "that might not work with our machines so you'll have to buy a new one." I said "oh no the screen is industry standard size, I didn't make it at home, so i think it might work!" And she responded with "yeah I don't care". Fellas yall should retask her because she should NOT be interacting with customers. This place is the shiznit!! Fellas has been helping my business for years. I first came to Fellas to have some nylon laundry bags silk screened, and those are tricky. It's very difficult to get the correct catalyst and heat combination to create a lasting image on nylon, especially when they will be washed frequently, while not burning the bags!!. Sidney put in considerable leg work to get the right materials and tested the compound before screening too many units, to dial it in. The results have been more than satisfactory. You just can't have the name of your business falling off your products after a short time, that looks terrible. And that will never be a concern of mine here on out. More recently, Fellas has been churning out work shirts from my business. They are always easy to get a hold of and understand what I am looking for. Of course there are those times, I can't give enough instruction and they filled in the blanks themselves and have made me very happy. You will definitely get what you pay for here. That's not to say they are on the higher end of price, but if you are looking for cheap, you should look elsewhere since Fellas will go out of their way to make your project top shelf. On a Wednesday afternoon I told him it'd be great if I could have it by my game Thursday evening, but no big deal if it would take longer. He told me he was busy, but that he'd make it happen for me anyway. He delivered another perfectly crafted jersey for me the next afternoon in time for my game. Despite me making it clear that he didn't have to rush it, he did anyway. And even though the previous jersey (number 50) he made me last month is perfectly fine, I wanted this jersey as a tribute to my recently deceased father, who wore number 14. Even without knowing that backstory, Sidney delivered. Upon hearing the story the next day, he offered his condolences, we spoke for a while, he showed great compassion and warmth, and even tried not to charge me. I was probably the most nightmare of a customer the owner Sidney has ever had...I called him on Friday morning asking if he could have 14 shirts done for me by the following Monday for my team's first game. I have ZERO complaints. Sidney killed it printing jerseys for my rec league basketball team. The ink looks really clean and solid even though its a thin application, which is perfect because our jerseys are reversible and you cant really notice the print on the inside of the jersey. I was worried about the graphics cracking but he grabbed a shirt he printed, stretched the ink and scratched it to prove to me how durable it is. The customer service was perfect too. You speak directly to Sidney, the one who does all the printing, so he's super knowledgable. He seemed glad to answer every little question and concern that I had. I brought in a design and asked for 2 t-shirts, and they were ready the same day! The owner was very easy to work with, and the shirts are decent quality (for the price... I bought cheap shirts, but the same ones are more expensive elsewhere.) The only thing is that the business is a little hard to find if you haven't been there before. I called Fellas after reading the other amazing reviews on Yelp. I was initially hesitant because it seemed as though the owner was working out of his own home. However, that is what makes Fellas different - they do everything in house. I think it made a huge difference! I was able to see the paint color options he had, straight from the tub of paint. Moreover, because he does everything in house, his turnaround time is unbelievably fast! I met with him, chose my shirt, and my design on Friday at 1pm. My shirts were ready at 4pm on Tuesday. After surveying other printers on Yelp, I found Fellas to be the cheapest, the most flexible, and the only place that didn't require a large minimum (I only needed 9 shirts). For how little I paid, quality certainly was not sacrificed. Also, he has all his shirt options on his website. I chose the shirt I wanted in advance, and just showed it to him once I went to place the order - easy peasy! I would recommend Fellas to anyone who wants to get shirts made.
