My husband was excited about this when he had booked El Taco Bar, and his excitement was for a good reason! The fresh tortillas made as you requested tacos made all the difference. They were so good! They arrived right on time as promised, dressed professionally in uniforms with all of their supplies and ingredients ready to go. The set up was very presentable and neat, black table cloth, steel cooking appliances, steel serving bowls and labels for all the garnishes and sauces. We ordered the asada and chicken, but they also brought a bit of al pastor (for us to try too!) the meats were marinated well, flavorful and not dry. They served the tacos with rice and beans. The beans were flavorful but the rice was underdone, hence why I docked one star (but I'm sure it was just a rare mishap that day). The garnishes: cilantro, onions, lemon, green and red salsas and guacamole were very fresh! I just loved how attentive the workers were and were very friendly, smiling at all of our guests. The set up was outside on a hot summer day and so it was hard to keep the flies from trying to get near the "yummy-ness" but the servers did a great job always recovering the garnishes as people would use them (with a smile I might add!) At the end of their reserved time, they packed the leftovers for us with their own provided trays with all of the garnishes. I will most definitely do business with El Taco Bar again!
