Overall, my husband and I were happy with the Kona Ice experience. Although you pay a little bit of a premium for shaved ice, it is worth it because of the experience from the music they play, selection of flavors, color changing cups (great and fun for kinds) and excellent customer service! We actually had to add our own mayo and cheese at home just to make it edible. The fresas con crema were also a miss; the crema tasted way too much like sour cream. The only saving grace was the strawberry smoothie, which my daughter actually enjoyed. But for $42? Definitely not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.
