I went to this lash tech four times before having any issue. The first few sets were great. The…read morelash room is disheveled and very cringeworthy but she is talented in her skill. Before my bad experience, she would clarify the length I would like, what kinda curl I'm looking for, and whether I wanted classic, hybrid, etc. Yesterday, I begged for her to fill me in before leaving for work at a last minute time. She was very manageable, even with me when I have been late often. The set she did yesterday was supposed to be replacing a set of volume fan that was rather long; mostly 14 in length. When she finished, I had a notably shorter fan with a few 14s straggling along the side. I immediately explained how I found the fan she had done to be way too short compared to the last one. I was very unhappy with the fan. She only asked if I wanted her to remove them. I said I couldn't do that because my work travels obligated me to leave the following morning, or else I would coordinate a re-do if this short fan. I went home, looked up her light volume fans on her business site to ensure I wasn't overreacting or misunderstanding what her light volume lashes typically look like. Come to find out, the fan was unlike any other light volume fan she had shown on her Instagram. I voiced my concern once I was home, of how this fan was not a good one once getting a good look in the mirror. Last night a decent amount shedded but I chucked it up to standard shedding. I contacted her this morning at 9am explaining my work schedule changed and I could come in today if she had availability, because the lash photos of light volume on her site versus the one on me were vastly different. I waited, but no response. EIGHT hours later still no response and left on delivered. I call, no call back. I even contacted her thru my work cell. I finally made my Instagram page, and left a review on her business page about my poor customer service experience. She shortly after responds to my text from my work phone, which implies she was ignoring me when she thought I was contacting her. First red flag! She tells me she can only remove the lash set. I asked that she clearly define what a light volume fan should be like via photo. She refers me to her Instagram. I explain again that my lashes look noticeably shorter than every photo of light volume pictured on her page. She eventually responds to my review left on her Instagram business page, by calling me a liar and resorting to name. Please see the photos of my lash (left) as what she claimed is a light volume fan compared to that of the light volume lash set shown on her Instagram business page (right) This business owner resorted to child like name calling on her business page, after I urged clients to be mindful of her customer service practices and lack of cooperation and initiative, whether it was to either explain to me what her policy was about redoing work a customer's unhappy with and us find a common ground from there or offer solution in any kind of way. It wasn't until I reached out thru a different number that she was responsive. That is very shady in terms of business. Please avoid her dirty leash dungeon.

Was told after that she had an unschedule drop in and could not turn that customer away. She could've texted me to let me know but instead, I was left in the dark. While getting my lashes done she has music playing via her phone which I didn't mind until she got three phone calls while doing my lashes. That is very unprofessional because she was talking over my face while doing my lashes. I left really unhappy and the following day I had already lost 1/4 of my lashes. I've only gone for waxing Brazilian & full leg at first I was happy now I won't have to go downtown New York to get waxed and she was fast and painless during the process. However, upon having fun with my husband he noticed that I had tons of patches of hair on my buttocks and behind my thighs. I also noticed when doing the Brazilian she didn't even advise me to spread my cheeks so she can get in there and eliminate the hairs like they do in downtown NY. As a result I think that when it comes to waxing which is all I can comment on isn't her specialty she needs to work a bit more on that. It's a bummer I've already went twice but this confirmed it's a waste of time and money for me I rather go to downtown Ny where I know I'll get every piece of hair on my body removed. Now disclaimer : of course if you have ingrown hairs I'm aware those don't come off easily with waxing but aside from those I do want every hair removed perfectly that's what I'm paying for. I'm wishing her best of luck in her journey and that she learns more I've seen her advertising eyelashes that might be her strong suit I can't say I never done it. But waxing for me is not the best location for that service.

I went back to work the morning after getting them done and they looked totally healed within 5-6 days. As far as the pain level goes, it was definitely unpleasant but nothing I couldn't handle, and she stopped to numb me any time I started to become uncomfortable.
