I've been going to Fabulash for a few months and was having a good experience. They always had plenty of appointments and did a good job with my lashes. Recently, they had someone new do my lashes and she didn't do a great job and I'm sure they were aware of it because they gave me a discount. Some of the extensions were basically glued to my eyelid, causing a buildup of dirt that I couldn't clean properly. When I went in for a fill, they told me they did me a favor by taking all of the old lashes off and not charging me for it. I had been at the salon for 2.5 hours and they asked me to come back the next day for them to put on a few more lashes. I won't be returning. read more

I love this place! Super clean, great prices and superior work. I get my lashes here exclusively. They look fantastic and last a very long time. (I have been to other places and paid way more for lashes that fall off in a short amount of time.) Not here. The eyelash technicians have really delicate hands. They are very careful and make sure that you are comfortable when you come in. Between the leg rest, the cozy fuzzy blanket, and the relaxing music I fall asleep while getting my lashes done! Nothing like taking a cat nap and then waking up with beautiful cat eyelashes!!! Parking has been easy to find on the street within 1 block of the door. I had never gotten my lashes done before but let me tell you this place was absolutely wonderful and this place has definitely become my go to place to get my lashes done! The staff here are super duper nice and the owner is also so so kind. My lashes look stunning and they've held up so well after getting them done. I was a little hesitant at first as I am very particular about beauty services ( I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I like what I like). I've been here on two separate occasions and the people at this establishment have been very accommodating! They were able to squeeze me in for same day appointments on both visits and I was able to schedule via a quick text message. They were also very helpful when I decided to change the style of my lashes during my second visit. The space is clean, quiet and comfortable and there is never a wait. My lashes are full but not "fake" or obnoxious looking. They're light weight, long-lasting and absolutely gorgeous! I will get the name of my lash technician and be back to post a picture after my next refill. If you're thinking about trying this place, you should definitely go for it! First let me start by saying I have been a customer for 8 years, back when the old owner (Vivian) was still there. When she sold, I decided to give it a try and have continued to go here. Every time I go now, they give me someone different. I didn't mind though, as long as they did a good job. I would go EVERY two weeks, and sometimes even every week. I had an appointment on Friday at 2:45 and when I showed up they told me I didn't have an appointment. They over booked and asked me to come back the next morning at 9:00, which I wasn't happy about, but I went. I get there and the SAME GIRL that booked my appointment looked shocked to see me and she said "my technician isn't here yet, she'll be here in a few minutes". Then she proceeded to tell me, "the technician is sick and overslept." Implying that she wanted me to leave. She then says to me "well now she is going to be late all day". Making it seem like it's my fault that her technician was late to work. I sat there for a half hour waiting, until I decided to leave. About 15 minutes later they call me and say "please come back I will use my own money to do your lashes". ONLY because I said to them while I was leaving I will not be coming back again. If you enjoy having a different last technician every time you go, and a very disorganized establishment- Fabulash is the right fit for you I, however, am done with this place. read more

I got my lashes done here and they began to fall off within 2 days of getting the service. After a week more than half of my lashes were gone. This has never happened to me anywhere else I had gotten my lashes done. Usually my lashes can last me 3 weeks since I take care of them. Aside from them falling off almost immediately, my own lashes looked dreadful after. I have pretty nice long lashes regularly and only get extensions because I lack volume. My long lashes looked like I had cut them all in half. For 80 dollars this is extremely disappointing and I will not be returning. read more

I have been going there for 8 months and there is constant turnover with the staff. I have had 5 technicians in 7 months. The staff never stays. You can never get an appointment and new hires train on you. They raised the pricing and never even notified their clients. I would not recommend going here. read more

They took me in last min before a trip and now they are my go to. They always fit me in for an appointment and I feel they listen to my concerns I asked for them to shorten the sides a big to reduce the "glam " effect and they did just that. Love my lashes read more

I came to this lash studio for the first time to have the most horrible experience and treatment. My lashes began falling off the day after my appointment! I paid 80 dollars for the worst lashes I have ever had and for them to fall off the next day! I contacted the owner because this was outrageous, and her customer service skills were even more concerning! She refused to refund me, screamed at me and even called me a liar! She told me to come in and fix my lashes, but I told her I could not due to having to self quarantine. She could simply refund my card and have no contact but she would not and was refusing to accept responsibility for my terrible lashes. She finally said she would give me a 50% refund, however I was not going to accept this when all lashes were gone within the first week! My sister ended up going in to request my refund since I am self quarantining, which led to this woman causing a scene and then making her fill out a form saying neither of us would ever return. AS IF WE WOULD WANT TO. For quality lashes, do not come here!! For quality customer service, do not come here!! Save yourself the money, headache and embarrassment of walking around with these disgusting lashes and dealing with this disgusting woman. read more

Made a Sat. 9:00 am appointment for waxing; called to inform them I was running a few minutes behind. The woman who answered then began to speak to another person; came back on the phone and said to me "we cannot take you." I told her I was parked right in front and she said "we are too busy". The first time I got them done there they lasted about 3 days before most of them fell off. After taking almost 2 hour to put them on. I went back and they fixed them but she added so much glue that it would hurt my eyes to blink. I tried to removed them carefully and they were glued to my real lashes. So needless to say I lost most of my lashes. If you want to keep your real lashes don't go there!!! read more

I've been going to Vivian for 3 years for my lash extensions - every 2-3 weeks. She's really gentle when applying the lashes. I usually just sleep. She does a really good job.
