Such a sweet place to stop, sit on a big wooden swing in their courtyard and enjoy an ice cream! Love places like this!

Ice cream was great! The girl did close the window without taking my sister's order, which was unfortunate. It's cute and unique.

Yummy food and always has great service. I Love the cheerful vibe of this place. And even better if it's to hot outside you can eat inside!

Very cute, quick-stop ice cream shop! A little hidden being behind all the business right on main street but still easy to get to.

Came here for a live music performance for a friend and found a gem! Table's biggest hit was the…read moreKing Louie Fries which were their seasoned crinkle cut fries with melted cheese, shaved beef, and giardiniera peppers. I think the Chicago dog and the Italian Beef with the au jus on the side were solid, but nothing to write back home to Chicago about. Better than Portillo's, kind of reminded me of Mr. Beef almost. Getting the sandwich wet is usually the rite of passage, but I went for the au jus on the side. Don't make the mistake I did. Everything just falls out of it when you tilt the sandwich to dip it. Also, if you think you can eat hot giardiniera peppers, just think for a quick sec longer because these ones were pretty hot for someone who has a decent heat tolerance.

It was portioned correctly. It just was very bland compared to what else you can get in Grand Rapids. The chili cheese fries also were not horrible but I wanna say they were great. It is just gas station cheese and chili from a can. Again, not horrible just nothing special. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this place but I also want to steer someone away either especially if you are drunk and at the bar across the street. I'm sure it tastes much better. That being said, I think it's a perfect restaurant for its location. There is not a ton of competition directly next-door or across the street. And technically, the Bar across the street has food of a similar quality however it is a nice alternative It's up to you. There's much better places in town for hotdog however, I would give the spot another shot to try the Italian beef. I have heard it is not excellent, but I have not had it Personally.

We were in search of a good corn dog on a lovely Summer weekend. Reviews led us to Coney Land, and…read moreit was a total win. The building was very small inside as far as seating goes - just a few tables. But you at least get to stand inside to order and wait for your food on a hot day. Things seemed a little outdated, but it was still a fine experience. We ordered only food, no ice cream. It came out fairly quick and the people working were friendly. As far as seating goes, there is a TON of outdoor seating. There are nice picnic tables out the front door in a small fenced-in area. Out back, behind the building, is a very large area, comparatively, that not only has more picnic tables, but also a large play structure with swings and a slide. There were games like cornhole back there, and all of the tables had large, colorful umbrellas. Again, this area was enclosed (for safety) with no front gate for ease of access. Around the play area was the drive, leading to a drive-thru! Love this. There was plenty of parking off to the side. And there was even an ice chest out there to purchase bags of ice. The food - we got corndogs, cheese curds, and onion rings. Everything was fresh, delicious, and absolutely met our expectations. We ended up going back inside to order ice cream after that because of the quality of the food. Just as good! Kudos to this business.

Being a burger joint, we obviously ordered everything but the burgers lol. We had a long trip ahead and didn't wanna feel too greasy but looking over at other tables later, the burgers looked delicious. I got the peach salad that came with curried pumpkin seeds and shredded asiago and croutons. I added grilled chicken for $4. I wished there were some fresh peaches on it but the salad was tossed in a peach dressing instead. The croutons also tasted like fried pieces of sandwich bread. I will say, I was so pleasantly surprised by how delicious this salad was! Holy cow, after a few days of camping, having vegetables was one thing, having this salad changed my outlook on life. My fiancé was a little saddened by the fact that we will be no where near this place (from Connecticut) becuase he thoroughly enjoyed his brisket wrap. Maybe it's the Mid Western charm and hospitality, but our experience was so great. After getting the bill, our waiter (who had two colored socks on and my friend thought he only had one, but alas, one sock was just black while the other was a hot pink) offered us our drinks to go and brought us back a full cup of iced tea and Dr Pepper. Our table of four left with a $70 bill which was fantastic, given that the food also satiated us to the best degree. All the way from CT, I wanna say: thank you Michigan. And thank you to the Gnarly Heifer, even though we did not taste your Heif.
