I question him on why it went from $700 to $1700 in a matter of minutes, and he basically said well "the owner is the one with the money, not me!" Extremely shady, would never do business with them, I went somewhere else and got $1750 but at least I did business with someone that was upfront, likable and honest. A few weeks ago I needed ammo . I went to Ammobros where I would have had to stand in line behind 30 people. This was after standing in line at Turners to come in and be told that they had no ammo in 9mm . I remembered driving by here many times so I called and spoke to Jason . He said he had ammo so I came in . The entire staff was very nice . Purchased my ammo and was on my way in 30 min . While there a 1911 caught my eye so I came back the following weekend . Went in started paperwork and purchased gun and out the door in 30 min . Today I picked it up and couldn't have had a better experience. My friend was looking for a Springfield XD . The 2 mentioned stores told him there were not any and it would be months . He went in spoke with Jason . 3 days later got a call to tell him there were XDs in stock . He purchased one . This will be my go to for all gun supplies and ammo . No BS , good pricing, and a friendly crew . Couldn't ask for anything more . Where to start? So I haven't done any business in the pawn side but I can speak high praise of the gun store part of this business. Top notch guys with excellent customer service and knowledge. I chose to purchase my first firearm here originally because it was so close to my home but I bought my second because of the great staff. They walked me through the process without an ounce of annoyance, I had questions they had answers. I was shown the pros and cons, asked what I expected from a firearm, and was given a rundown of each make and model that fit my needs. I'm a serious, experienced, knowledgeable collector of many things but mainly autographed memorabilia. I've recently come onto some difficult times and I contacted Jason to sell some of my best, most personal items and we come to find out that he and I share the same passion for collectibles. I first went to Elsinore Pawn in-2013, I know the owner doesn't remember me but I remember he was a straight forward guy. To the point, no bullshit and since then I've never been to another pawn shop. So happens I become his neighbor in November of 2018. I had just moved from Temecula where most of my tools were stolen. Ok so I never leave reviews but I thought I should on this experience because this place was all around a great experience for a first time gun buyer.. The owner and his staff were so helpful and made sure I was comfortable and took there time answering ALL of my Im sure stupid questions which believe me I asked alot definitely not an experience you would get going into one of those big gun stores I tried and those places acted like they didn't have time to even answer any questions so I left. just now I came in 20 minutes before closing, and they were nice as could be. Showed me a few rifles and other gear, were cool with explaining what ammo they had. I didn't end up buying anything because I came in for ammo, but I will definetly return based on the customer service and selection.
