Our search came to an abrupt and happy end when we stopped into Luxury Mattress Outlet on a whim one Sunday afternoon. Cynthia truly delivered on her promise to educate us about what would be best for our alignment so we'd leave there as educated consumers, whether we bought from her or not. She took the time to understand both of our needs and worked with us until we found the perfect fit at a price that worked with our budget. Even better, we were in and out in about 45 minutes with two small children, who happily played in the kids' area the most of the time. We can't wait for our bed to be delivered: an Aireloom M2 Luxury Firm (their version of medium) pillow-top King. I joked with my husband that we'll be sleeping on a cloud starting next week! On the shelves everything was where it was supposed to be not messy, until you go to the back part of the store. Were they have the folded t-shirts type of display and jewelry area.. things are just left unfolded or on the floor or in a blue rolling shopping basket. There's no cashiers, it's all self checkout machines. Im used to having to scan an item more then once in order for the scanner to even read the barcode at other stores, but not this one. A person has to make sure there items are nowhere near the scanner otherwise it will keep on scanning the same item multiple times as I found out, after calling the lady over a few times to take items off that I had accidentally had scared . She was very helpful and kind with a smile, with no bad attitude which she could of easily of done but she didn't. I would suggest that there would be someone to refold the t-shirts and keep things off the floor and to put things away that where left in baskets.
