Very happy I found this place to bring my 5 year old! The stylist Jessie was very professional, kind, and welcoming. She did an amazing job on my sons haircut. She was patient with him and kept reassuring him that he's in good hands and kept him calm. She was just very sweet and gives the best cuts. It's hard finding a good place to cut hair especially for boys!! Their prices are fair and they take their time to do a good job. Never felt rushed. This place is disgusting. I'd give zero if I could. The girl in the 2nd chair with blonde hair is absolutely horrible for business. I came in weeks ago to cut my hair and literally no one available but there's multiple people sitting in chairs and everyone looks at you like your an idiot while you wait and no one helps at all. They just look at you. Come in last week and she says she had appts. So I waited. Meanwhile the girl who was available did nothing to help even tho I asked 5 times can she please cut my hair instead she ignored me. The blonde hair girl in the 2nd chair asked me to call ahead for appts. So I left upset and got my haircut elsewhere. Today I call in advance and somebody answered and said it was slow and that I could be helped by the girl in the 2nd chair with blonde hair. He says come at 12pm is fine so I showed up and she tells me sorry can't help you I have someone now and someone after that and she said and after that I'm going to eat.. GOING TO EAT?! you have a customer trying to give you money at this point, and she literally doesn't know how to be nice to someone who called ahead and it's not my fault I was told to come in but yet she's that dumb she can't be kind, nice, apologize for my experience and make it right for me.. at this point I deserved a free haircut for all the bullshit.. I said to her I called ahead, she didn't care, she didn't apologize, AGAIN the other person just there staring at me didn't offer to help NOTHING. This place is ran so poorly I can only imagine how much of their own revenue they kill. Little do they know, I'm the President of a company, have my own company, do consulting and was a former District manager for a retail business. I know how to treat customer, I'm not one to ever do bad yelp reviews. In fact, this is my first time ever doing one. But it's totally needed and with merit. This is gross, the low value they have for customers, horrible way they treat people and little does any of these people know I get a haircut 2x a week sometimes and new to the area for work I would bring plenty of business but it's their loss, their loss of revenue, their loss in the marketplace when I let anybody and everybody to know to stay away from this awful place. Never have I experienced such bad service I couldn't believe it. I've had the same barber for 4 years now but because my office moved over this way I was recently trying new barbers to see if I found someone I liked and didn't want to leave my barber but sometimes the haircut on this side of town would be easier. Fuck these people! I wouldn't recommend anyone to them STAY AWAY SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME! Horrible business!!!!! Disgusting the way they treat customers!! I'll never waste my time here again. They obviously don't care about customers or what drives revenue. Which is customer service, sad it's going away more and more these days. Also other comments on here are correct. They talk Spanish and talk shit about customers, I speak English and Spanish, they don't know that I also understand Spanish, very well, I was listening they are extremely rude they act like they don't need the customers I heard the lady talking bad about the girl getting her haircut. Robert is amazing!!! He has so much patience and knows the prefect way of cutting hair. He always has clients waiting for him but totally worth the wait . The price is also very reasonable. Best family owned barbershop in Canoga Park! The guys and the ladies always take great care of you!

Went here a couple of weeks ago for a cut fix up and all were very welcoming. Elvis is very personable and such a good sport. Very welcoming and even has water bottles in a small fridge for his customers to help themselves for free. The women all seem very polite and the young one not sure if her name is Cynthia is also very friendly. Got my haircut by a guy can't remember his name right now but he was nothing but professional and attentive the entire time I was there. He took his time fixing me up, I would strongly recommend his work. He knows what he's doing and is an expert in barbering. He made me feel like at home. (Once I find out his name ill edit my review, it's only fair that I give him proper credit for treating me like royalty the day I was there). my husband just went here a couple days ago & he has been raving about this place. this is what he had to say about the place: the customer service is beyond good. they greet you with a good attitude & make you feel at home. they offer complementary drinks, super clean establishment. now lets the good part, they did a super clean fade, my beard was beyond well taken care of.
