So my husband came here on a reccomendation from a friend and unfortunately was just not a good experience. He made an appt for 1pm and he went on his lunch thinking it would just be quick but they started him 15 mins late. Then the hair cut took 45 mins and at the end the guy said it was $40 with a 2$ card charge. My husband was shocked at this price as when he checked online it showed $25. I went to go double-check the pricing and unfortunately that was a Google photo that was 7 years old. So while this is user error I do think that the company should be made aware that they have some pretty outdated photos on their Google reviews confusing their clientele. $50 for a 12 year old's cut that takes wayyyyy too long (45 minutes on average) with a very strict cancellation policy. Must cancel 12 hours before the appointment time or else you get charged the full amount of the service. Mind you at one of our last appts, we were made to wait 45 minutes after our scheduled time to get service because the barber was running late. Oh, so that's ok? But last minute cancellations due to illness are not! Take your business elsewhere. read more

I've been coming here for a while and I usually get my cuts in the morning. I really like this shop and they do some good work. The biggest negative aspect about Social is that some barbers cancel on you often. Barbers like Rusha and Jordan are cool; however, I've noticed a pattern with some like Jay C who cancels often. He usually does it the night before as shown in the photo. I once had a barber text me less than an hour before to reschedule, probably because he didn't want to come in. I haven't been here since they opened in 2017 and man has it changed for the worst. It used to be smaller and more welcoming. They now have more space and more barbers but awful customer service. The barbers don't even acknowledge you when entering and they all have serious egos taking up space. One employee (the only female I saw working) came and greeted us. She asked if we had an appointment and went around to see if anyone was available to help us. She is the only positivity of the whole establishment. Someone agreed to cut my sons hair and so we waited. Waited, waited, waited and nothing. For a place that charges nearly $50 for a cut you would think a bit more hospitality would we warranted..... after waiting near 40 minutes we gave up. My son was getting antsy so we left. WOW best house call I've had by farrrrrrrrr! I have never had someone give me a blow out the way Adrian the barber did! The equipment he uses is all the lastest, he used the dyson hair dryer and wow it worked wonders. He really takes his time and cares about the art of styling hair.
