Even though the party was outside, the team was able to set up and leveraged the area to make it run like a chef kitchen should. We had chicken yakitori and tuna as appetizers. The entrees were Ramen with your choice of protein and toppings, teppanyaki style beef and chicken, as well as fried rice. The food was served in bamboo cutlery as well as the cutest "take out" boxes. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. ALL of our guests were impressed and raved about the food. The bartenders even helped me craft/serve a signature cocktail for the party.
