We inquired around, made some calls, got some brochures and looked at several vendors, and decided to see what B&L had to offer. I am so happy we made that last stop I spoke with Jake about the size, the costs, the add-ons, and made several changes during our conversation, all the while Jake took it in stride and was more than happy to accommodate my wife and me. The price quoted was the final price, and for us B&L's pricing is very competitive, and actually better than some of the others as there were no additional fees. We left a deposit, and a date was set. We were a little hesitant as the balance had to be paid in full and I was worried that once our gazebo was done, and if there were any issues afterwards we would be out of luck. Well, our gazebo was delivered, built and completed by Merv and his crew. We had a small issue and without any backpedaling, doubletalk or empty promises, we were given a return date and all was done to our satisfaction. I can tell you from our experience B&L Woodworks quality is excellent, and Jake is true to his word. "Looks like some good vintage furnishings, I'll go see what I can Afford". After sitting a couple hours through the junk sale out back, someone was making side deals with all the quality, advertised items out front. That's right, all the bait furniture was sold! I'll tell you, this company made a lot of enemies that day. We all went away pissed without anyone buying the nice stuff. Like my wife, and several others told the auctioneer, "We Won't ever be Back!"

Mildew inside of the cabinets and they are useless without spending a considerable amount of money to restore them. He sold them to me out of his home and when i reached out to him to let him know the situation, he ignored my messages. He then calls me to tell me I had the opportunity to check them out before purchasing. I bought them in good faith knowing that most mature, adult people do not sell non-working items for good money without first determining if they are working or not. When I arrived to pick them up, I was greeted by his son who was waiting on the porch for me with the speakers on display for me to check out. They were a little rough but I figured I could clean them up. I had to take them apart to discover the water damage. I paid for them and loaded them in the truck. I was looking through some loose 45 rpm records when Dan arrived home. He told me abruptly that he and his sons/employees had to leave immediately. I asked how much for the 15 loose records I chose and he told me they would most likely cost more than I wanted to pay. He wanted $2 each so I passed! It's all about the money with some folks. He basically told me ALL SALES ARE FINAL and to go get lost. I would not want to hire this guy to clean out my toilet let alone the estate of a family member or loved one at such a time. My parents had passed and we needed the house empty for the buyer to have their walk thru prior to closing. Danny came looked over what we had, you tell him what you want removed, then gave us a price for costume jewelry etc., which was deducted off the total. Then he gave a date when his crew would arrive to empty the contents. I didn't even need to be there, he got a key through the real estate. When I arrived later in the day the place was empty! My contractor picked up the tiles from the store and found that the store prepared WRONG tiles (of lower quality) and BROKEN tiles. I called the stores 9 times this morning and no one picked up the phone. When I contacted Floor and Decor headquarters, an online live representative blamed me for not double checking when I picked the tiles up. Now I have to drive back to the store to see if the store has enough store of the type I ordered....I'd recommend to stay away from this store.
