If I could put no stars I would!!! Extremely disappointing experience. When I arrived, I stood at the front of the store for about five minutes before an employee finally came upstairs from the basement. Instead of helping customers & seemed completely uninterested in doing his job  Things only got worse from there. He couldn't find the keys to unlock the display cabinets and spent several minutes searching for them, which came across as disorganized and unprofessional. After I purchased an item, he damaged it while packaging it up. Rather than taking responsibility and exchanging the product, he falsely claimed the damage was my fault even though I had not touched the item one time and refused to make things right.  Customer service was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful from start to finish. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take accountability and treating customers poorly is unacceptable. I won't be returning and would not recommend this shop to anyone expecting professional service. read more
