I love French inspired cuisine. I have traveled across France. We hosted a French exchange student for a year. I took French in school. This was meant to be a specialized gift for the occasion. There were two servers tending to the dining room. They were friendly. There were mistakes on the special menu and they alerted of the issues. They had a special Valentines menu, a tea menu, and a dessert menu. The tea was good. They got it out in a reasonable time. The server brought me a smidge of honey. They had a decent selection of caffeine free teas. She took our food order the same time as our tea order. We sat at our table waiting for an hour before questioned the status of our meal. The table beside us was also becoming restless and tired of waiting. Finally the table beside us received his chicken salad sandwich. His date received my date's order ant took a bite. They resolved this by taking the plate from the incorrect table and gave it to my date AFTER it was touched! This left me sitting there with no food. My date finished her meal and I was still sitting there with nothing. I only ordered a salad topped with grilled chicken!!! After being there for one hour and fifty minutes they said the chicken was still not ready. They didn't charge if for our meal but I never received any food. Nothing. This was a well thought out special occasion that was ruined by an incompetent kitchen. It was a disaster. I left there and stopped by Jersey Mike's. Two hours of my life totally wasted.

The rear entrance is smaller and harder to see as it's a narrow corridor to get in. It gets lost with the other entrances and stairs. Once inside, it's easy to walk to the front to order or pick up your mobile order. They have some comfy looking seating and there were a bunch of others working and meeting there. All I get at this chain is hot mochas, so I can't comment on anything else. But I'd imagine the other stuff is good.

The Asiago bagels were excellent, even the next morning they held up to perfection. The cheesesteak had great flavor with peppers and onions, though I would've loved a little more meat and a little less bread. The Italiano was also really tasty, but my order wasn't quite right. I asked for no roasted tomatoes or olives and to add onions, but it came with the tomatoes and no onions. Honestly the no olives was the most important part so not the end of the world. I fixed it at home with some onions and fresh banana peppers from the garden... again not a big deal, but worth mentioning. I'm sure if I was eating at the location they would've fixed it immediately. For around $30, I got two sandwiches, two bagels, and the sandwiches even came with chips, which was a nice surprise. Easy parking, easy to find, lots of seating (but inside and out -- a few picnic tables on the patio) and while the inside isn't anything fancy, that's not why you're here.
