I stopped her and said that my husband and I would prefer upper body only, she informed me that it's a full body massage, I asked for then an upper body focus - they definitely did this and I was grateful as that was the area my husband and I both need focus on. I struggle greatly with upper back/neck tension due to stress. I have horrible knots and my therapist did a wonderful job at working out my tight areas with minimal discomfort. My husband had stone balls used on his back - he said it felt wonderful. Both of us felt incredible afterwards.
