During the massage, there was banging going on on the floor above me. It sounded like someone was moving boxes and people walking. The Tuscany team at the front desk was very unprofessional on 11/29/24 at 9:30 a.m. There were many things that were unprofessional and unkind that happen that morning but what I took offense to most was not being offered the use of the women locker/change room. We thought that you were a small facility that didn't have this amenity. It was only after we were leaving we realized that there were other clients with robes on sitting in the waiting room that there was a women change room. There is definitely a need for customer sensitivity training.
