Overall, a great experience at this massage place. If yelp allowed half stars I'd do 4.5/5. My husband and I booked an hour long couples massage, we booked day before but they also offer same day bookings. The location is convenient, there is ample parking. The actual business is very small, but very clean. We were promptly taken back to the massage room and told where to put our belongings. When they entered the room and immediately started the massage, I was a little taken aback, I'm used to having a consultation prior to any professional massage I've ever had. I stopped her and said that my husband and I would prefer upper body only, she informed me that it's a full body massage, I asked for then an upper body focus - they definitely did this and I was grateful as that was the area my husband and I both need focus on. I struggle greatly with upper back/neck tension due to stress. I have horrible knots and my therapist did a wonderful job at working out my tight areas with minimal discomfort. My husband had stone balls used on his back - he said it felt wonderful. Both of us felt incredible afterwards. You can't beat the price - less than $200 for a quality hour long couples massage including my tip is unheard of with the chain businesses. I only take off the star for some lack of communication and there were multiple instances where the therapist left the room for a moment without communicating why. My partner and I had an appointment for 11. We got there at around 10:56, and I was a little nervous, because usually, I liek being a little early to a first appointment. It seemed like that didn't matter, because we didn't get sent to the back until 11:15. We were told to take off all of our clothes, which we did. No one came in for another 10 minutes, and when they did, we got hot stones put on our backs and left alone for another 15-20 minutes. ( I didn't add the hot stones on b/c this is my bf's first massage. I didn't know if he'd like them.) When our massages finally started, they were great. My bf is in WAY better shape than I am, so they assumed that he needed a deep tissue massage instead of the Swedish one that I got. The therapeutic music stopped, and all hands were off bodies and on deck in order to fix the problem. The actual massage was great and I couldn't have asked for a better one. We were putting on clothes, and by then it was 12:30. I knew we were going to be late for my scheduled 1:00 appointment (we were). We paid and included a 5 dollar tip. I was also about to pull out my cc and ask Jesse to process 20 dollars for a tip...but before I could get that out of my mouth, I heard "that's all for the both of us?" out of hers. Now ya'll, I get it. 5 dollars isn't much, hence why I was going to ask her to add on the tip on my card. I looked at my man..my man looked back at me...and I asked him to go to the car and get his wallet in order to give her a couple more bucks, because I was flabbergasted. Here I was, in place that states how "respectable" it is...but her mouth turned up and said this to me? The audacity. Then, as he went to get the dollars, she fixed her mouth up to say that she added the hot stones because she realized that she started late. Well, you put the stones on and left. You started late. You and your assistant kept stopping during our massage. When I left the room, I had all intentions of not only coming back, but spreading the word about this cute little hidden gem that I found....nope. I left with disgust on my tongue. Yes, we looked around for a deal, but I'd rather pay the money that I saved than deal with a "respectful" establishment like this. read more

I inquired to three places and H Massage got right back to me and we had an appointment booked for the next day. My daughter absolutely loved it and felt so good afterwards m. Best massage I have had in years. Amy actually did DEEP tissue with hard pressure per my request. I get really bad knots that connect from my mid back all the way through my neck. And a had a couple sticky spots that she worked out too when she found them. Truly I left H Massage a new person! Her business is spotless and smells good (odd detail but I am sensitive to mold and detected none). Towels were fresh, bathroom clean. Amazing. I cannot stress this enough: This place is a diamond in the rough. The therapist here is polite, skilled, and takes her work seriously. I train often and end up with musculoskeletal issues and severe soreness from time to time which leads to sleeping issues. The therapist some how was able to tell what was ailing me and tailored the therapy to address the issues.
