By far the best spa in Augusta! I absolutely love how tranquil and relaxing the space feels as soon as you enter. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional. They've clearly been trained by an amazing manager or owner who knows how to create memorable experiences. Y'all I was so relaxed during my treatment that I actually fell asleep. Had an amazing day of relaxation at Rosewater yesterday! I received a facial by Leigha and a massage by Jenny. The facial was wonderful. Leigha listened to my needs and customized my service to meet those needs. Jenny is a rockstar!! I have had quite a few massages and let me tell you, this is by far the best one yet! Jenny applied the perfect amount of pressure and paid close attention to my areas that needed the most attention. One thing that I would like to note is that there is not much of a "Spa" atmosphere other than the treatment rooms. The waiting areas feel as if you are just sitting in your living room with couches and a coffee table. Would like to have more of the luxury experience that is offered at other spas. I was given a gift certificate, the gifter thought this was a good place. There wasn't no one to greet me on arrival. The wait time was at least 20 min. Then the therapist came out to the waiting area. She told me I would not be getting an hour massage as booked. That it would be only 45 min. , but the charges would be the same as an hour! She was 30min. late starting . So, other words I paid for her starting late! They knew my massage was a gift , when I went by there in person. because the receptionist looked it up. Then at check out time tried to make me pay. I had to show proof, luckily I found the email on my phone! The massage area is downstairs, waiting not inviting, plus only one restroom ! Once I use up my gift certificate , I will not go back. If I could I would give zero rating! read more

Oh my goodness this is a hidden gem! I have the MOST difficult eyebrows! I have had my eyebrows threading, waxed, plucked, tinted, etc. every single time I leave I am slightly disappointed because my eyebrows just weren't right and still looked so off. I got my eyebrows tinted and wax here and they are amazing and have lasted!! She took my natural arch and size and did magic. I have very tricky eyebrows so I always try to go to an esthetician to get them done. I'm newer to the area so I asked a few people for a recommendation and they suggested this place. I was able to find the website and book my appointment very easily. I chose to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. When you first walk in it looks very nice. I was greeted by the staff and was told to sit in the waiting area. The music in the waiting area is extremely loud and aggressive. Instead of the sounds of soft waves hitting the sand it sounds like a hurricane. I think they should change the music or at least turn it down. I only waited for about 10 minutes before I was serviced. The lady who did my eyebrows was super nice. I explained to her about my eyebrows and she seemed to understand. She completed my service in about 45 minutes. When I looked at my eyebrows they looked pretty nice. I knew that I wouldn't be able to tell if she did a good job on my natural eyebrows until the tint wore off. Well the tint has worn off and my eyebrows don't look similar at all. One brow is super thin and the other is not. I know that eyebrows are suppose to look like sisters but mine don't even look like they are related. I guess it's back to the drawing board to find another esthetician. read more

Followed my favorite esthetician, Annette, here! The new locations is newly renovated. The reception area is nice and the front desk staff is very friendly. Rosewater has a fully stocked and comfortable waiting area. Of course, I will come back b/c of Annette, but I will come here to try out the masseuses next time! read more

The "potions" used are aromatically luscious and make my skin glow. Rosewater has all of the relaxing ambiance I expect from a spa without seeming stuffy or pretentious. I was super nervous for my first time ever waxing but liked what I read when I looked into Rosewater Spa & Wellness. They're waiting room is very welcoming as are their staff. I was offered complimentary water/ coffee several times. Natalee, my esthetician, did a great job of walking me through the whole process as it went on and gave me tips for future care. They have soft and hard wax to do the best job possible. I'm very satisfied overall with the whole experience and results. Definitely a clean, calming and accommodating environment! read more

Love Rebekah I have been a longtime client but some of the staff need a lesson in customer service. Also, they have a fairly new onlive appointment scheduling program that failed to send me a confirmation for an appointment tried to make online, I did not think the appointment was made since it did not show up on my account nor did I get the email confirmation. The Spa manager Morgan claims that the sofware vendor sent the email so they charged me a no show charge. I wouldn't have a problem paying I understand the policy, if in fact it was my fault for missing an appointment. I sent them proof from my search history I didn't receive the confirmation. Also, somehow my phone number was changed, but in the online account it is also correct and I was told that it was changed when setting up the account the system merged the information. Hard to believe when my number os correct in the online account, I think your software vendor has some glitches! read more
