I called to talk to a manager everyday after this experience, it took them 7 days to get back to me to listen to what happened. The manager named Esmeralda listened to what happened and even admitted the girl who waxed me has been an Asthetician for a while but is newer to the company, I even offered to come and show them pictures I took of the wax left on me (it was a lot and since I had to pull the wax off myself there was blood involved) She made me write an incident report to see what we can do & it took them 11 days to give me $30 of lousy points to use at EWC! Mind you I will never be coming here again after being years of being a consistent customer. The EWC horror stories are absolutely real!

I am almost certain she pretended to do my cuticles. She went through the motions, but never actually cleaned them up. The polish is streaky, and I paid for a no chip. My nails were also uneven and not smooth, I had to file my toe nails when I got home, as well as peel away the no chip paint left around my toes on my skin. Unfortunately, I will never return, and I will not recommend this salon to anyone. Lastly, as I walked out, past the owner at the front, he didn't say a word. No "thank you", or "good bye"... and I was the last customer in the salon.
