I had my hair cut today by Tina. It was the first time in years - which is embarrassing. She was amazing. They were super welcoming, warm, and nonjudgmental. When I first walked in, they showed me into the waiting room which is equipped with snacks and drinks galore. The woman who washed my hair nearly put me to sleep with her relaxing head massage (in a positive way!!), and was so kind. Then I had the pleasure of chatting with Tina while she did my hair. She listened to what I need, and helped me make decisions on what to do with my hair. I really appreciate the low-pressure environment, and they really did a great job all around. Today was the first time ever that I had my hair cut professionally done, and I went to studio 305 to do it. I came in with really long hair that definitely needed some TLC. I was going for a 70s shag look, and Jen (senior stylist) totally hit it out of the park. My hair came out better than I could have imagined and I am SO happy with it!!! It so healthy and smooth now, and layered to how I wanted it. I also got my eyebrows done by Jen, and they look so much better than before. On top of all this, the staff are all incredible people, and the place is very clean and organized. I'm so happy with the service of this place, that I've decided to make it my designated "go to" hair salon from now on. If you haven't visited this place yet, by all means, give it a go! read more

I used Studio 305 for my wedding day and the treatment was amazing. The owner(s)even got us treats for the day of and made special accommodations for my friends and I. Jen is amazing with makeup and Brooke provided me with curls that lasted the entire day. I remember vividly Brooke giving me an extra pep talk because my day started out a tad rocky, she is a doll. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience here. I went for an eyebrow waxing for a high stakes event, my bridal shower. The lady doing it, burned me. I had a burn mark on the top on my eye. My brows just did not look finished. I can't speak on their actual hair salon quality, as I will not be returning to them for any more services. read more

This salon had no respect for the impending pandemic. Money was their only concern, and therefore stayed open after 98% of their competitors were closed. It had to be a mandatory order for them to close, to protect their clients. read more

Best kept secret in Lockport!!! Studio 305 is little and unassuming place from the outside however, it is a great little salon on the inside. Upon arrival, depending on if you are there for hair or spa/nails you are escorted to a separate waiting area. In my case nails and was taken to a semi-private relaxation room with soothing music, refreshments along with a comfy chair. Shortly after I was greated by a very nice specialist and taken to an ajoining room where I had both a pedicure and a manicure. The staff was very professional and friendly. The place is clean and nicely decorated. If you're looking for a little pampering while getting your nails done this is the place. read more

Really wanted to love this place but my girl just didn't listen to me. Don't get me wrong she did a good job but not at all what I wanted. After my first visit I went back the next day and she somewhat fixed it and assured me that next time she knew what to do. Well next time was the same as the first. My son gave me a $200.00 gift certificate for Christmas so I decided to get my hair cut and highlighted. I will NEVER go back again. This is the worst highlight I have ever received. It doesn't even look highlighted. I showed her the length I wanted my hair to be and when it was over , she didn't cut it short enough. I had already spent two hours there and I didn't have any more time to spare, and the cut was uneven. I had to go to another salon to get my hair even and have it cut the length I wanted and had it highlighted properly. I really would like a refund or have the $86.00 I have left given back to me. Extremely upset with this salon. We have been customers here for a while now and never really had anything bad to say about the place till now. We had a 5pm appointment and I called and said we will be a few minutes late because the roads were really bad due to the snow storm that was going on and the receptionist said that the stylist was very busy today and I asked her if we shouldn't come to the appointment then and she said no go ahead and come in still. so we showed up 10 minutes late and I just sent my daughter in and I drove off only to get a call from my daughter telling me to turn around and come get her they are not taking her anymore. So I then called the salon and asked why they were not taking her after they told me it was ok to be late and was so rudely told by the receptionists that she told me we could't be more than 10 minutes late (which we weren't) and that they didn't have time to take her anymore because someone else walked in. I said are you kidding me that's terrible business telling me to go ahead and come late then when we arrive you send us away (in a bad snow storm mind u) they could have called me back or something telling me they changed their minds instead of waiting till I arrived!! I'm so angry we will never give this place the time of day again not to mention they are expensive and we have spent a lot of money in there and this is how they treat their customers!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! read more
