On top of it, they lost the key to my house and ignored my question when I asked about it. Look elsewhere if you want the job done reliably. Really disappointing and will need to find someone else to fix the issues they were supposed to.

We got a call back from Tyler to set up an estimate appointment the same day we sent an inquiry through the website and he was able to come out the next day. They got it in really quickly and then came back a month later to seal it, and it looks GREAT. The communication them and us was quick and easy, and seriously - we can't get over how wonderful it looks. We are 1000% satisfied with the concrete work. We do wish they'd done a little bit better of a job cleaning up the mess in the yard (they left a lot of concrete debris in the grass as well as a bit of trash; when they came back to seal somehow some weed mat got ripped up, which they didn't put back), but it wasn't enough where it was worth asking them to come back for and it doesn't change the fact that their concrete work is excellent.
