You can reserve your seat online and buy the tickets. They do have self serve kiosks as well inside the door. The "wow" factor of the lobby is so fun!! My kids absolutely loved how this place is set up!! They also had a bunch of old movie posters lining the walls! A blast from the past! We didn't play any games, but they had what seemed to be a very well maintained arcade with a prize counter! These guys also do birthday parties! The concessions were just ok for me. The popcorn was cold. The popcorn itself really didn't have much flavor. There is an option to salt your own but the concession stand does the butter for you. I wouldn't get their popcorn again. I will say, the staff was very friendly though! The movie theater had reclining chairs in the first 2 rows... I wish they had it throughout the whole theater. Instead the chairs did rock a little bit but no foot rest. It really didn't bother us that much but recliner chairs are nice! For my heavier set friends, you would feel pretty uncomfortable, as these are slimmer seats. The recliners at the front did look wider though! Overall, we really did enjoy this theater and would be back! This would be a great place to bring the family!

The kids behind the counter used to ride their bikes around your neighborhood - and they're respectful and helpful not only because that's the way they were raised but also because there's a good chance that if they're not you're likely only one or two degrees separated from their mama and there's a good chance she'll get word of it. They may even look the other way if you sneak in your own box of candy - not that I'm telling on anyone, wouldn't want a watchful mama to get word of it ;)

Only reason why is not a five star is because many years ago, I came with my infant child that couldn't sit on his own and I was planning to carry, they person at the register made me pay for his ticket. It wasn't much, but it was ridiculous. The guy behind me over heard the situation and said out loud "Oh come on, you gotta be kidding".. other than that old incident, it's been a fun place and my kids love going there to watch movies. Their concession stand is clean and I like that they have a separate station for butter and salt that is near the counter as it seems to stay clean and stocked. We have never had a bad experience here and drive past our closest AMC to go to this one because we know we will have a consistent experience. The bathrooms are always clean as well. A huge plus!

I was able to get a ticket to see Toy Story 5 on a Tuesday evening for $7.50. I bought it online and was able to select my seats so I could be in my favorite spot in the theatre. Redemption was a little wonky; when I arrived I used the kiosk and had to input my order number to get it to print out the tickets to give to the attendant to enter. I was running a bit behind, so I didn't get to scope out any refreshments or snacks. But I did pop into the bathroom real quick, and it was reasonable. There were enough stalls and it was clean enough and all that. I was definitely pleased with the comfy seats. Only a bit of a pity they don't recline. The cup holder was almost big enough to accommodate my Hydroflask (the establishment says no outside food or beverage, but they didn't stop me from bringing in my water). It wasn't too crowded, probably just because the movie I chose has been out for awhile now. Staff were prompt about coming in to clean up once the movie ended. As I myself headed out, I did find it a bit odd that they'd put up a temporary barricade to prevent me from going back towards the lobby. I was instead directed towards an alternative exit. I guess you can't go get a refill if you do buy popcorn or soda. Maybe they have issues with guests trying to theatre hop or something... I dunno.

Had a great experience here seeing A Complete Unknown last week…read more If I'm remembering correctly this was the first theater in the area to add in the recliner seats, and even though it's been awhile since that remodel, they still hold up. Overall the theater is kept nice and clean despite the business, there are great snack options (although they've certainly gotten expensive), and the ambiance just has a fun energy to it. Tickets here are usually a pretty good value, and I'd certainly recommend checking it out!

I subsequently notified the manager in November of the problem, through their website. When I did not get a reply, I resubmitted my notification of the problem again about 2 1/2 weeks later. Now, after almost two more weeks, I still have not received a response. I prefer to not do business at this theater in the future, as they are not very concerned about customer satisfaction. It is rude to repeatedly ignore communications from their customers.

The interior of the space is a little dated, but overall fairly clean compared to many movie theaters I've been to lately. They have a staffed Box office or electronic ticket purchasing which makes entry smooth and easy. $9 a ticket for a Sunday matinee felt like a great deal. We skipped the concessions this time around but they had all the basics. Inside the theater, the temperature was a bit chilly, which I loved. Reclining theater seats make the movie watching experience comfy! I also appreciate that they don't play 30 minutes of previews like some of the national chains. Great value spot for seeing a movie!

V. bad : 20 minutes of commercial after commercial until at least 10 minutes past the show's start time. They only had about 8-10 local business' commercials so - guess what - they showed them TWICE! If it was a freebee I wouldn't gripe but when I pay $3.25 MORE for a ticket and $2 more for a large popcorn than at another nearby theater which has less than 1/2 the commercials I expect NO commercials.
