I have been to Zero Gravity twice so far - the first time was through a school fundraiser and the most recent visit was through the Explorer Pass (which gives access to a 60-min jump pass once per week) with my family. Both my boys (age 7 and almost 4) had a lot of fun. They have a variety of trampoline activities, a climbing wall, arcade, laser tag, playground (for kids 42 inches and shorter), and large pixel floor. While it's a good value in terms of pricing for the jump pass, the facilities is a little dirty and many items are a little out of date. read more

This place is a great value, clean, and had lots of variety. I was very impressed by how friendly the staff was that help check us in. We got a rate for a parent jumping with kids. We paid for the basic package and my kids stayed for a few hours. They have a climbing structure with slides and an interactive wall. They have areas for toddlers separate from the larger area. There are two dodge ball courts for different levels. They also have a shooting baskets game, dunking baskets area with a low and high hoop, rock wall, foam blocks pit to jump in. For additional there is a net course, arcade and laser tag. They have vending machines that take credit cards. They have lockers and free cubbies to put shoes. There are also massage chairs for parents to relax. There is also a digital jukebox. We went on a day over winter break. It was busy when it opened, but the crowd died down around 1pm. Paid $600 for a party where there was only a party room provided. Only 2 employees there and trust me they were NO help at all and they acted like they didn't want to be there or help. Even the kids commented how the 2 workers acted as if they hated their jobs. I had to fix the room up with decorations. They had a chalkboard with the 'Happy Birthday' written on it and they didn'teven bother putting the birthday childs name on it. I kept going to the front desk to ask for the items I had paid extra for like tokens and water. Trust me they NEVER CHECKED in on the party I felt as if it was a bother to ask the 2 young men for anything. Worst part of all is the website is conflicting as it shows pizza, tshirt, water and host is provided. However that couldn't be further from the truth. This place is not worth the money and I know we will never return at all! My 1 star is just merely the fact that the kids had fun in the trampoline area and didn't know the heartache I went through just to have a party there. I should have gone to their competitors down the street and had everything provided. Food, drinks, tshirts and tokens all that I had to pay for in addition to the per child fee at Zero Gravity. Recently had my DDs 10th bday there. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. They checked on us while we were in the party room several times and were also very kind and respectful to the kids. Kids had a blast and it was nice to not have to do all the hosting at home! read more

Had my son's birthday party here on Monday, and it was AWESOME. I mean, I'm sure the kids had a good time too, but seriously, jumping! Who knew? I wish they had memberships for adults--it's a better workout than the gym and way more fun. Seriously, though, from the perspective of a parent planning a kid's party, it was amazing. At first I was disappointed because AirMaxx and Rockin' Jump were both booked for the day I wanted, and they were closer to where most of our guests were coming from. But this turned out to be lucky for a number of reasons: (1) WAY cheaper -- like at least $70 less for a 10-jumper party, (2) they let you bring outside dessert, so you can can bring whatever cake you want (but they will still give you the cupcakes that come with the package!), (3) and finally, the pizza that they serve is Dominos as opposed to something made on site. I know that may sound like an odd thing to list as a "plus", but I just can't imagine on-site cooked pizza at a trampoline park being decent. At least with Dominos I know what I'm getting. Last but not least, the attendant who was assigned to our party room was INCREDIBLY helpful. Aside from setting up the tablecloth and food (including placesettings) while we were jumping, he happily brought us all sorts of things we forgot (knife for the cake, utensils, plates, a lighter--we were a hot mess). All in all, it was an amazingly fun and worry-free party, perfect for a busy working mom who still likes to have fun with her kid. read more

Came here with husbo and three teens on a nice Sunday when everyone was outside. Lucky we practically had the place to ourselves because we used the entire space playing tag and having races. We bought the one hour jump and at the half hour mark it felt like we had been there forever! By the hour mark, we were all drenched in sweat and I had tweaked my ankle and almost ripped off a toenail in two separate jump landings involving the green landing pads between the tramps. I can just imagine the constant injuries here with collisions and falls. Even though we had a super fun time and I love the feeling of zero gravity, I don't know if I would go back. I felt like a kid, but too old to be there. Everyone else was 7. read more

Jumping on a trampoline for exercise - sure why not! AdmittedlyI was nervous as I haven't jumped on one since I was 16 and doing my best to steal all my friends bounces. I am still in shock we all didn't walk away with concussions and torn ligaments. Now 14 years later those are the thoughts that go through my mind. Anyways, a friend invited me to join her for the classes which are held twice a week. For $8 a session I thought why not. The class was 45 minutes long and was a lot of fun. It was a bit repetitive but overall a good workout. Not sure if it burns 1000 calories as I have read other gyms claim this workout will do for you, but hey I'll take a few. We were all sweating at the end and sore the next day. The instructor was great at letting everyone go at their own pace but pushing people to do their best. I am planning to go again this week! The only downside is if you come from work there isn't much of a changing room. Other than that it was a great experience. read more

FUN!!!! I went to Zero Gravity with my 6 year old niece and we had a great time. $12 per hour, per person ($16 for two hours) is a bit steep, but you get 'free' socks that have little grippers on the bottom and say "Zero Gravity". Trust me, one hour is plenty of time; you don't need two if you are an adult, but the kids might want another hour. There is a horn that sounds every half hour to help you keep track of time, so you don't have to watch the clock. They don't shoo you out immediately, but they do watch to make sure you don't go over your time. There happened to be a birthday party there when we arrived just after 11am on a Saturday. I recommend not going during this type of event if you can help it, too many little rug-rats running around unattended. My niece and I made the best of it and jumped until our hearts were content, trying to stay away from the unruly ones. They don't have as much jumping space as I thought there would be, but there still is plenty to choose from. There are basketball and dodge ball 'courts' and a foam pit to jump into (forewarning for adults, you sink far and its kinda hard to get out of the pit). They have ample sitting areas for any non jumpers (or jumpers that need to rest) and some vending machines and stupid crane games that will end up costing you $15 to try to win something and then end up have a sad kid because you didn't win, because those machines are stupid and you can't win. There are lockers for your use that cost 75 cents, but I don't really think that you would need them, you could leave your stuff out and it seemed very safe. Everyone is worried about jumping and having fun, not stealing your stuff. The location is easy to get to, but you need to watch road names because you can't see Zero Gravity from the road. So just watch for Woodale off 10 and you are good to go. Happy Jumping!!! read more

5 minutes after signing the waiver, my 13 year old nephew bent his ankle to a 90° angle on the divider between the trampolines. I could not believe how unsafe this place was. Hiring teenagers as "safety officers" is ridiculous! We spent my nephews birthday in the ER. No refund was offered, but the manager said " if the boys want to come back, just tell me. They will be free" um yeah, never ever going there again. Ever! And they have the Allina Ambulance building attached, now it all makes sense! read more

My kids love it here. It's a great way to burn off energy and have a good time as a family. We usually go when there is a Groupon because they have great deals. There have been times when they've had crabby teens working who seem to have an issue being nice to kids, but most of it's not an issue. Update: Had to take away a star. Recently we went with a Groupon and one of our friends couldn't make it so we had an extra pass. Since we had already paid for it we tried to give it to the next person coming in to jump. The nice guy at the counter was OK with that and acted like he did it all the time, but then another boy came from the back and said they wouldn't do it because this person was going to put actual money into the establishment. Um,...I did too, through Groupon. There were 5 of us jumping and we were also paying for arcade games, etc. How does that not qualify as putting money into the establishment? Needless to say I was able to give my extra pass to the young man wanting to jump, but not without debating it with the kid behind the counter for a while first. That was ridiculous in my opinion, we already paid for it, plain and simple. Maybe Groupon isn't the best way for this company to advertise if they have trouble with people using them. POOR GOUPON CHOICE! Groupon doesn't say you cannot make a reservation, but management would not take a reservation and would not say why until we arrived. They said no reservation needed, since they didn't think they would be busy over MEA vacation....REALLY?! We won't return, their competition does a FAR better job with coupons, ads, and specials. I like the concept but their execution is just not quite there. I dislike the nickel-and-diming of paying for jump time and then being faced with more things kids will ask me to pay for - jukebox, arcade games, and massage chairs. Ropes course and laser tag are also additional fees, but you can get a package deal for those. The whole place feels kind of cheap. The worst, however, was my kid getting barked at by one of the teenage attendants for something that was neither obviously dangerous nor against any posted rules. read more
