I went in for invisalign treatment and every appointment there was always a short wait which is definitely a plus at any doctors office! Another great thing is that they have free parking although only about 6 cars fit so try to come on weekdays before kids get out of school. I was hoping to get a decent consultation before considering getting braces. The receptionists were not nice at all, treated me with very bad attitude. The dentist was on his phone half the time and too distracted to answer any questions. He also wasn't professional. After I got my free x-rays, I was almost practically forced to give a credit card number, they wanted me to make up my mind when I wasn't ready yet.
