With having Invisalign, I was in the office just about every six weeks, and all of the girls in the front are beyond sweet! Communication is super important in a doctors office, and that is one thing I truly appreciate with this office. I wish I knew everyones name to shout them out!!!! Weather it was to confirm an upcoming appointment, confirming insurance/pricing (which Dee was a major help in the very beginning of my process too, thank you)!, down to reaching back out to me for my need/want for an earlier appointment I was always accommodated! Never waited long once I arrived for my appointments, super clean office and waiting room with the convenience of nice amount of chargers for your phone/tablet to be charged...because who's phone is always on 2% (ME)! All of the assistants that I have dealt with along the years were very nice, helpful and always made sure I understood my instructions! Dr. Vincent Bilello, is great! I have used Glenridge Orthodontics to get braces to correct my deep overbite, as well as close up the gaps and overall crookedness in my teeth. I had issues with eating certain foods and didn't feel good about myself because of how my teeth looked. Once my braces were removed, I was very happy with how perfect my teeth turned out, and I didn't hesitate to smile in pictures. I had no issues eating, and I knew that the braces were a good investment. The staff are very nice, and are willing to listen to any questions or concerns about treatment. This was especially helpful for me, as I was always curious as to why or how certain aspects of my treatment worked, and don't like having watered down explanations. They never keep you waiting for too long, I have been treated there since the summer of 2016 and have only found myself in one instance when I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes to be treated. I still go there to visit every few months for treatment to ensure that my teeth are working well with the retainer. I appreciated that they gave me a free Invisalign retainer because of my extensive treatment, which was a nice change after wearing braces for over two years. I also like how they updated the place about halfway during my braces treatment. They added charging stations with cables, which was very helpful for me since I would always come to the office towards the end of the day with my phone on the verge of dying. read more

They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your results and that your smile is the best you can have. They answer any questions and concerns you might have offer suggestions and treatments to best serve you. They are flexible with your appointment and are always looking out for your best interest. The office has been renovated in modern style and is state of the art equipment to make sure that you get nothing but the best. I walked into this office with a plethora of problems and was never really convinced that I could leave with a pretty smile. I did, even prettier than I expected and hoped for. I took my daughter to Glenridge for braces. From the moment I set up the appointment in March 2015 up until now, I have had nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Bilello and every staff member I encountered. They were helpful, pleasant, and informed about anything I asked about or needed. I am floored at the fact that they actually keep or are extremely close to keeping the patient to the time the appointments are for! We have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called in. Even at their busiest, they were on top of who was there and let them know if there was a delay. The treatment offices and bathroom is clean and comfortable. My daughter enjoys going there and likes the friendly staff. I highly recommend this practice and feel that they are always trying to find ways to improve their services. I was interested in getting my teeth whitened for a while and was very picky with my doctors, so I did some research and came up with Glenridge Orthodontics. I made my first appointment with Dr. Bilello, when I got to the office the staff was very welcoming, the wait was not long at all, I got to meet Dr. Bilello and I can tell you he's a wonderful doctor, he takes his time to listen to your issues, not like some offices where they rush you. He explained everything about the teeth whitening and set me up for my first round. Let me tell you I am very very happy I found Glenridge Orthodontics, I'm very happy with my results and never realized how white my teeth can get, but overall Glenridge Orthodontics is a great place, the staff is amazing and the Dr. Bilello knows his stuff. Glenridge Orthodontics is amazing. It is a really awesome environment and they make you feel welcome. Everyone in the office are very respectful and they treat you lile you were there own. My teeth came out better than i ever expected, the came out perfect. They pay attention to every little detail to make sure your teeth come out perfect. (which is a good thing). There hoursbare very convenient, if you work late you can go after work or you can go in the morning. They are very gentle when working with their patients and they still get the job done!! When I had my braces i had a couple of emerganys( a bracket was loose or fell off or the wires were too sharp) It dident matter anyways because they took me right away. They either took me the day of or the very next day. I never had to wait weeks or months to get an appointment so i got things fixed quickly. The staff is friendly and informative; it is always a pleasure with Glenridge Orthodontics. Even when it is very busy, they don't rush through your appointment and are very precise and detailed with every patient- from my family's personal experience. I had my braces treatment done here and was satisfied with my results of my smile, and even after my teeth shifted slightly back out of place due to a personal issue, Dr. Bilello offered a complimentary re-treatment which I was very happy about. Now, I had my braces removed 5 months ago and everything has been perfect. I still come here for monthly checks on the retainer; they truly care about their patients and want the best for everyone. I've been going here for four years and honestly I have not encounter any issues with them. Their staff's are extremely helpful and their orthodontists are very caring, as well as, attentive to all your questions. They also have a system that reminds you of your appointments, which could be helpful for someone like me who has a full time job and is a full time student. As a teenager they made me feel comfortable about braces, as well as, answer all of my questions. In my case particular, I had an underbite. My orthodontist, Dr. Vincent Bilello, gave me other options that does not result in surgery. Nevertheless, I decided to take the surgery and after I got my braces off another surgeon told me that my orthodontist did a wonderful job. Glenridge orthodontics is the best! I had my braces on for a little over 2 years and the staff at Glenridge always made sure I was comfortable & that my treatment was on track. Dr. Peikidis is the sweetest! She is such an amazing doctor and always listens to and addresses all your concerns. The staff always schedules you with the same doctor for the duration of your treatment, which is awesome because you always see the doctor who knows your teeth best. Three years ago I took a chance and inquired about Glenridge for my younger sons orthodontic needs. My son had a sever over jet and was constantly ridiculed and bullied in school because of his buck teeth. When I brought my son for the consultation Dr. Bilello was warm, gentle, nurturing, and kind to my sons dental needs. He made my son feel really comfortable that my son begged me to let him be his orthodontist. After his braces were put on within a week I could see changed to his teeth. So let me just start by saying I was one of those people that lost their retainers and so my teeth reverted. I came across Glenridge Orthodontics through my health insurance because I wanted to get braces again under my coverage...unfortunately I was denied but Dr. Billello offered me a great payment plan that I could not pass up. I got braces (again) in September '15 and got them removed August '17 and I couldn't be more satisfied with the way my teeth look. Since I already had braces I can tell the stark difference between my treatment in the past and with Glenridge; they went above in beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my teeth. I've been a patient at Glenridge Orthodontics since February 2019, and can honestly say nothing negative about it. The office is kept super clean and tidy, especially throughout COVID as the staff continuously cleaned. The staff is amazing, and anytime I've called I've always received help. Dr Peikidis was my orthodontist and was super efficient in her work with me. I got my braces off in the exact estimated time she said they would be. Even during COVID, Dr Bilello emailed me to give me tips on how to wear my rubber bands since I wasn't able to come in the office during the shut down. I am super happy with the results I received, as my bite has been completely restored and my teeth are extremely straight. As my daughter has been under treatment here for 2 1/2 years and finally got her braces off yesterday!! Her teeth are perfect! Dr Bilello had her in great care that was taken over by Dr Abraham who we love. The front staff is very friendly and as they have been making renovations and improvements in technology we have seen the practice grow in a positive direction, I will be starting my Invisalign treatment soon as my daughter is doing her retention process. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because there seems to be a communication problem with the billing department, insurance and patient. In the past two years I've received nothing but excellent service from Dr. Bilello and his team. All staff are capable and fully trained but most importantly nice people. They have multiple high skilled orthodontists and you see the same doctor during treatment. As a patient of Dr. Pillar's I am confident that the ideal result was achieved, and I'm extremely satisfied with my smile. He is very precise and knows what he is doing. As for the the wait time is fine, just don't be late to your appointments. They will see those who came on time before you, fairly.
