Emma and her husband did a wonderful job cleaning our 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom, 2500 sq foot, 2-story home before move out. They had great communication, were prompt the day of, and were very warm and friendly. They vacuumed the entire home, mopped, cleaned all surfaces, cleaned all toilets, cleaned all sinks/countertops, cleaned showers/tubs, dusted the blinds, and cleaned all the appliances (I probably missed something, but everything was spotless)! I think they also swept the garage, which I didn't request, but I was thankful that they did! They also locked up the house for me since I was already moved out. Ema and her husband did a huge clean of our entire apartment before move out and I can't say enough good things about them! They did an incredible job. I forgot to tell them that I wanted the oven and microwave cleaned and they still honored their original quote (which was absurdly low for the quality of their work). They even helped us move a huge plant to our car that we had forgotten about! All around they really went above and beyond and were just the nicest people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again for more regular cleaning at our new place too! read more

I wanted to book Ema's because of the glowing reviews however the booking process was so unorganized and there was little to no communication. I still gave them a chance because of all the great reviews. The day of my cleaning I reached out to confirm my appointment and received a text back that made absolutely no sense. Then I called and no one answered. Then I called again and voiced my concern that this seemed a little unprofessional as they were 5 mins late and not communicating with me whatsoever and the guy says "if you think this is unprofessional then cancel" .... I called on Ema's Housekeeping for a deep clean of my apartment. They got back to me with a quote quickly and they honored it completely. They showed up on the dot, completely prepared to go to battle. Things they did that particularly stuck out to me: Put clean linens on my bed, spent the time and muscle to get my impossible to clean tub clean (I have tried everything. I have never seen it this clean.), somehow got my kitchen sink sparkling again after all the abuse I have put it through. My apartment was in deceptively not great condition. It was passable if you didn't look too close, but once you did it needed a lotttt of TLC, and they gave it that. They did things neither I nor my apartment had ever seen before. They spent two hours really focusing on the most neglected and tough areas. I will admit that this means there were just a few small things that got rushed near the end, but it's a trade off I feel comfortable and satisfied with making. They were friendly and warm, asked me what I wanted them to focus on (I didn't know, though, so I appreciated the initiative), and I see myself hiring them back the next time I need help getting my housekeeping back on track. read more

Hired them to do a move-in since we just purchased a home by the airport in Austin. They gave a great price for a 4bed/3bath, which I was excited about. They arrived, walked through to let them know about what we agreed on and was told that it was going to be the same price as discussed. They spent two hours cleaning and didn't do the best job. One thing I really wanted done was all the kitchen cabinets cleaned from the construction dust and that wasn't completed. I really only paid for them to clean my floor and the windows. Which, in the end was nice but they really didn't do much since a lot of constructions dust was left for me to clean which is annoying. I should have just sat in the kitchen honestly and instructed as they were cleaning but I didn't want to be a jerk, however, I would say to pay a little more and you might get a cleaning company who actually cleans as they described. read more
