I waited for 3 cleanings before giving a review. Kathy is a life saver for our house! She has been here with her helper and they have done a great job on our house. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 floors and she always does a great job in Pflugerville. Even my daughters (and teens are hard to impress) commented that their bathrooms and bedrooms have never looked so clean! She is courteous, kind and efficient. English is not her natural language, so be aware of that but if you can get through a few texts or emails using Google Translate, she is definitely a keeper. Katty and her partner were to do a deep cleaning of my house. They did a very good job in my bathroom and bedroom and took their time, although their dusting was not thorough. The rest of the house was not cleaned nearly as well. When they left, the kitchen tile floor was still wet. The mop water was dirty and should been changed a few times. After it dried there were dirt streaks all over the floor. They used a broom to sweep the floor before mopping, but should have vacuumed it first. I live in the country and have pets. They bring in dust and dry grass, so I vacuum daily. They did not get around to cleaning a bathroom and did not do an adequate job in my laundry room. It could have been miscommunication, since they spoke very little English, but Katty did use her phone to communicate with me when I did not understand, for my Spanish is negligible. Their quote included cleaning the inside windows, the oven and refrigerator. I have a self-cleaning oven. Katty asked if she could clean the refrigerator the next time. I also did not require them to clean a bedroom, the study, or windows. I have granite counters throughout my house and a copper sink. I had to supply cleaners for those because they were not prepared. It seemed they used Fabuloso for every surface in the house. The cleaning products they used left a very strong odor in my house, which I did not like. I paid the full quote of course and scheduled a followup. However, they left and I checked the work they did, I changed my mind. The two ladies were very polite and it seemed there hearts were in the right place. However the cleanliness of the house was not up to my standards. I definitely did not get my money's worth. read more
