Emailed them twice with my name and phone number to discuss my review. After two weeks no email back from them and no phone call for a discussion. It would appear that the response from them was not sincere and, in my case at least, they don't want to talk about or address my horrible experience with them. I only have experience with this one branch so I can't speak for others but i would never bank there again in the future. I have a checking account stuck there because of a CD but, until that CD matures, I will not use that account. As soon as I can get my accounts closed there the better. Horrible experience with the worst bank manager experience I have had in my entire life.
