I was able to sign up on Citibank connecting my Barclay information but I am not able to retrieve my new full account # with Citibank. After hours of calls to several level supervisors I was told over and over that they could not provide my own new account #. It would be on the card that would take up to SIX weeks to arrive. So I am completely without information of my account that was changed without any signature from me and I am holding debt to a bank that refuses to provide my account # to me. Any intelligent , financial person would say this is unacceptable. I am in debt to a bank without full resources of my account. I will not do business with Citi or Barclay and cancelling all further accounts.

And this occasion we had to stop and so we made the long drive to Tampa. I originally started banking with Harris back in Chicago and while I've lived around the country I've continued banking with them. It's very convenient having them in the same state for certain transactions and sometimes I wish they had locations closer to us. This is their main branch here in Florida and much has changed since our last visit. I did remember to park in the parking garage but that has changed as well and when I explained it in the bank they were able to go on the computer to take care of my parking for me as it is free for customers. The building itself can be a little confusing if you don't come here frequently as there are so many businesses and it is a multi-level garage. We did fairly easily find the main entrance to the bank and upon entering I noticed that everything had changed. They no longer have teller windows at this location. You just come in and deal with one of the personal bankers who is available. There was no wait for us when we got there and the gentleman took care of our needs with these. With any bank you can have problems but Harris is always been good about handling them well. I haven't had any issue with them for a very long time and I'm very happy with the service I receive.
