Enjoyed my stay here. Clean, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast & evening reception. You get 2 complimentary free drinks. Veggie snacks & chips & cheese. For breakfast, made to order omelettes. I would stay here again. The gym is not bad either.

So, it's not always the Bernaise or the Blue Cheese. Sometimes, it's the service. We love the breakfast staff and Jesse at night. It's refreshing to meet humans that treat you right.

    Our suite was nice.

Hello Embassy! I really wanted to give this Embassy a higher rating. I thought hard and long on this. They had some technical issues going on. We stayed for 3 nights. Two of the nights the air conditioning didn't work. I really don't sleep well if it's to warm. The room itself was very clean upon entering. With very nicely updated furniture. We had a king two room suite. Bed was comfy. The room came with a microwave and fridge. I loved the flooring. It was beautiful. I would have given this hotel at 4 stars but I didn't receive housekeeping the following day. I called the front desk and they asked me did I request housekeeping.?? I wasn't aware that housekeeping only comes by from the front desk request. Not by the sign that you place on the room door. If that is the case then It should have been explained during check in. When I received my keys and vouchers. Which no one made that clear. You do receive breakfast vouchers. Breakfast was ok. No made to order omelets but a pretty good buffet. Bacon, eggs, french toast, bagels, fruits, nice varieties. They also give you evening reception hour. Which is from 5-6 pm. You receive one drink per person. With snacks such as veggie trays with popcorn, cheese, etc. Everyone was nice. Also the front desk was nice enough to wave our parking fee which was $25.00 per day when we had no air-conditioning which was much appreciated. Despite the situational occurrences. I would stay here again. Just know if you have a car. Parking is self parking but you will pay the daily rate. Which we didn't mind because we had a lot of places to visit. Which required a vehicle. This really is a lovely hotel. Everything looks very updated. Even in the lobby area. Now I thought they could have given you at least two drinks during the reception hour but that's my own opinion. You can give yours.

12 wings = 6. Toilet paper math. But par for the course at the embassy suites.

The rooms were nice / recently renovated, but this location is lacking in a few important details. I also provide this view through an American perspective (I recognize that many Canadians have different views). I stayed here for a very quick two night stay (coming from Los Angeles) to attend a funeral. The hotel lobby is nice / spacious and the front desk staff were quick to check me in. My room was also clean and felt upgraded compared to rooms at the same chain in the US. Where this place failed (in my mind) was in the following areas: - Hotel/Airport Shuttle: It runs only once an hour! When I arrived, I waited more than 45 minutes before giving up in frustration and ordering an Uber for the five minute drive. When returning back to the airport, I was ready at the designated departure time, but it was already full. I ended up having to take an Uber back just to make my flight. I'd expect a much more frequent schedule at an airport hotel. - On-Site Dining: At most Embassy Suites in the US they have happy hours / breakfast / snacks available, but this didn't seem to be a thing here. Although there is a restaurant on site, it's a much more formal place and not suitable for someone wanting a grab and go meal. They do have a shop for sundries, but the selection is sparse. - Room Service: While quick, the serving sizes were a joke. I ordered wings and six little wings were delivered. My quesadilla was the size of a street taco. Unfortunately, there are no other real dining options in the area. While the bed was comfortable and I felt secure, I'd probably look for alternative hotels the next time I'm in town.

My room view all evening, was brighter in the day when there was sunlight. Yay power outages. No water, no anything.

Power was out a full day during my stay. That means no water, no toilet, no ac/heat. No elevator. Cust service doesnt want to claim responsibilo ity because power outage is not their fault they say but it's not right that customers are being charged to stay in rooms where you cant use your own toilet more than once, cant take a shower, brush teeth, get ice, water, or see around your room. Also my phone is losing charge, I can no longer work due to my laptop dying. I called hilton and there are no other Hilton's around to transfer too, they're all full, lucky ducks have toilets over there. If you want to know what the first day of a pseudo apocalypse is like while staff try to keep you calm, stay here. No need to go to vegas for a fancy experience. I gave 2 stars because the first day I was able to use my toilet more than once and fill my water glass. UPDATE: called hilton cust service and they relayed the complaint back to the hotel, even though I already spoke to management about the concerns. Then the next day they told Hilton cust service that they spoke to me, BUT they haven't spoken to me since the complaint. They lied about resolving it with me. Drop down the score from 2 to 1 star because of this shadyness.

I was not impressed at my suite but it was due to the cleaning employee... windows were dirty... from the inside of course. The wet bar counter was dirty and inside the fridge and microwave. When asked for feedback... they apologized and offered me honor points. I am a Diamond member so I always review when asked. I do appreciated them doing something about it. As for the cocktail hour... that was nice and food apps were good. Their breakfasts can improve a bit with selections... as french fries were being served... not hashbrowns... or potatoes as it stated... in the same veg family I guess LOL. Omelettes were runny... but I guy running 4 burners.. he was swamped and it showed in the omelettes... many were not impressed. Lobby is nice... this hotel just opened up 3 months ago. Downfall is parking is $25 per day. Other hotels on the same airport strip offers free parking... so not sure why these guys are charging. I will not be going back to an Embassy chain again.. over priced... and no excuse for the room.

Nice hotel but the odds are high that your car will be stolen from their "secure" parking lot. Definitely not worth the risk!

Had a nice view of the outside (the way the patio lights were setup during nighttime was cool) and the inside of the venue had enough space to walk around. The main bar was pretty big and there were 2 bartenders working the night. The bald one was a MUCH superior bartender in my honest opinion. He had banter, could make drinks well (creatively added some small flair to a lot of the standard drinks that guests were asking him to make) and also gave professional suggestions whenever he felt appropriate. The other bartender (who had curly hair and looked really young) was, I assume, quite inexperienced. There were times throughout the night where I approached him and he was on his phone scrolling through youtube. He made me the wrong drinks twice which was funny. I asked him for a tequila sunrise and he gave me a sex on the beach. I ordered a shirley temple for my gf and he made me a bloody ceasar (which has tomato juice in it and isn't remotely similar to a shirley) LOOOOOOL. Had a good laugh. Didn't take it too seriously as it was open bar, but definitely felt like he could've used a bit more training or practice. Anyways, dinner was pretty good! Wasn't a big fan of the salad. There wasn't enough dressing. The ravioli was cooked al dente which was great and they brought out a giant bowl for anyone who wanted seconds or thirds. I think the short rib entree was the best. The rib was super tender and the mashed potatoes were sooo smooth. Cheesecake was a nice finishing touch to round off the meal. Pretty cozy venue to host a wedding reception!

From beginning to end, planning was made a breeze as Jey made everything so seamless. It is stressful trying to plan your big day but Jey made this an incredible experience for not only us but our guests and vendors as well. The options he has for decor, food, alcohol, in house lighting and speakers, table numbers, and so much more are endless. You won't even need to book additional decor (did I mention he has a floral arch and a piano?). Jey is a busy man, but he remains attentive to your needs and wants for your event. We were amazed at his willingness to help and adjust if there is something missing. His staff are also top tier and can handle a CROWD. (Especially the bartender that night, he held it down) On our event day, not only did Jey help the floor manager throughout the event, he was also monitoring the event ensuring that everything is going as planned and really going the extra mile to ensure that the guests are satisfied. Our guests very thoroughly enjoyed their food and desserts, beautifully set up by the team at Claireport. Thank you Jey for everything and we will come back to you for more anniversaries, birthdays or any other event we'd need your help with. You and your staff are amazing. You truly have an eye and your passion shows through your attentiveness and willingness to help ensure any event is as seamless as possible.

Prior to my arrival, I opted in to communicate changes via text msg in an email link. I requested a mini fridge for medication which they provided free of charge and had it noted in the system. Firstly, depending how you're getting to the hotel, if you're taking the Link train directly from the airport, you're steps away from the entrance which is nice especially a long flight/commute and saves you on some costs. When checking in, they have a super easy self-service kiosk but a friendly worker saw me looking around and decided to assist. Confirmed the mini-fridge notes and my room was ready to go. He noted breakfast (not complementary) was served between a certain time, the restaurant (which looks like a seating area by the bar) was open from 11:30AM to 11:00PM, and the bar closes at 1:30AM. If you do order, the pizza is delicious -- definitely didn't expect it to be so light and airy in the texture! There is also some packaged foods downstairs as a grab-and-go style. It is quite expensive though and seeing there aren't many options around they can take advantage of the convenience here. Nonetheless, an average 22 dollars per pizza was well-priced for the size. Photos you see online is really accurate. Very cool modern decor and an interesting layout. I liked that the hotel room was stocked with nespresso pods so I could enjoy myself some good coffee in the morning. Very comfortable beds, luxurious feel to the sheets. I like a firmer bed so it's not as firm but sleeps comfy. One thing I found odd is the website said you can have yoga mats on request so I asked front desk. One worker said they have yoga mats at the gym and don't typically lend it. The other worker at front desk called to check inventory and said she'll call my room to confirm but didn't hear back. Not sure if there was a COVID policy change or confusion of knowledge transfer. I was also told due to COVID the staff does not do housekeeping, but we left for a partial part of the day noticed staff did come in to clean. Also added to my confusion. The hotel is quite isolated from everything so if you do need to get a round there's a Mississauga bus stop that's in front or you can drive/uber around to things. For the convenience of our trip, it was nice to be so close to the airport for an early flight and catch a few more zZzZz. No amentities except gym on 14th floor which is modern, there's a pool table from the photos but I didn't realized it was tucked in the back of the hotel. All-in-all, very cool place, happy with my choice and nice to know it's a little cheaper than the competing hotels in the area!

She was also extremely helpful by providing great vendors and sourcing specific items that were completely out of the scope of her work. Contract was sent and agreed on for one day rental. Well, the following day I didn't get a return time so I reached out only to be told she will return the next day. Two days later minutes to 10pm still no update on return. Finally tablecloths return. I was contacted regarding refundable deposit even though she did a two day rental. This is where things take a turn for the worst. Deposit is being demanded with a bunch of excuses as to why she did not return as promised. I ended up getting annoyed and just refunded the money without any inspection. Finally did a wash because cloths looked extremely dirty with stains and even rips due to what looks like attempted ironing. Lets just say out of the twelve tablecloths rented I couldn't find one that was still useable. I took picture and sent it to her because i was in disbelief. Guylaine took it upon herself to call and when i mentioned she is trying to sabotage my stuff she got highrated and stated she would return the money. I mention that this is not how you treat someones stuff. She went as far as letting me know that the tablecloths might have gotten mixed up as there were other rentals. To make long story short. I was accused of trying to rip her off, after she ruined my stuff. She wished me luck in getting the money she suggested sending. I would advise anyone to be aware of her lack of professionalism with renting . She went as far as trying to shut me up by saying she will report me and that I was bullying her.
