Mila Samsonov, CPA - Yelp took down  my reviews so they would try to sell me their paid "improvement program" instead. All my reviews a 5-stars!

I had an amazing experience working with this firm. From the very first consultation, they were friendly, patient, and extremely thorough in answering all my questions--no matter how big or small. They took the time to review my situation in detail and found deductions and opportunities I never would have spotted on my own. What really impressed me was their clear communication and the way they broke down complex tax topics into easy-to-understand terms. I never felt rushed, and they always made sure I understood every step of the process. Turnaround time was fast, pricing was fair, and the level of professionalism was outstanding. It's rare these days to find someone who delivers both top-tier expertise and exceptional customer service, but they absolutely do. Whether you're a small business owner, an independent contractor, or just someone who wants their taxes done right, I cannot recommend this CPA highly enough. Five stars all the way!

Wasn't transparent about pricing and charged much more than quoted. I told her we would be parting ways after tax season, as my S-corp return and personal have not even been started on yet (S-corp due March 15, they filed extension March 14 but didn't give me any updates, today is April 5) about which I was not notified, and she had the gall to fire me as a client 10 days before individual taxes are due because I set boundaries with her. Her emails included insults and personal attacks, and her office did not return everything to me that I sent them. Cites reason for the incompetence is that an accountant left her firm. Perhaps if she weren't so ugly to clients and employees, people would stay. Here are some comments she made to me just today via email (not counting previous encounters): When I asked why they didn't call about discovering my returns haven't been worked on: "I am not curt. I am still confident, and that's why we are working our tails away instead of crying over it on the phone." "Can you please stop panicking for no reason?" When I questioned the hike in pricing and lack of transparency about it (important to note I told her when I hired her that I am new to being a business owner and need some guidance, which she agreed to provide): "I am also certain you realize it took time to answer all your questions in person or over the phone. I understand that you came with very little knowledge of how the S-corps work, but it is not my place to educate for free." This is just a sampling, and there were were pleasant interactions as well. However, there is an overall air of superiority in her communications. Mila seems unable to take accountability for her choices, and deflects them onto her clients when there are negative consequences. For example, I am aware of a former client who fired her as a CPA due to her behavior. When I brought this to her attention, she advised that she fired the client, who is no longer welcome back. I'm aware of more another individual who plans to fire her because of their experiences with how rude she is. She may be good at math, but she is terrible with people.

I was laid off in early March and more recently have been grateful enough to begin work again. During that time I was unable to make my car payment due to the current global pandemic "The Coronavirus" or "Covid 19." Fast forward to June I am back to work and "Arrow Finance" is expecting a payment in which I agreed to pay. I recently set up a new bank account and set it up for auto bill pay. I was to pay them each month with the 1st payment to be paid on the June 24th. Well my direct deposit going to my new account was unsuccessful as it does sometimes take a couple checks before it goes through. I did still plan to pay them regardless, but regretfully it slipped my mind, I mean I'm only human. Now the July 1st two people from a tow service knock on my door explaining my car is being repossessed. I try to tell them what happened and that I had the funds on me to please let me pay now. I understand they were doing their job and they have to take the vehicle regardless. But the manner in the way they went about it was disturbing but I'll get into that later. After I reached out to "Arrow Finance Company" the picture became clear of what kind of company I was dealing with. I called to try to explain my situation asking why no one has even reached out to me to let me know they were going to repossess my car. Especially when I had spoken with someone at "Arrow Finance" earlier in the month and gave them my updated phone number. A lady by the name of Cindy replied with this, "I don't care, it's not my problem, you should pay your bills on time." I was disgusted and I hung up the phone on her. Of course the next day I receive two letters in the mail from "Arrow Finance" exclaiming the repossession. So, yesterday I go to retrieve my car back from "Arrow Finance" and everything seems to be okay expect the amount owed went from $520.00 to $1,136.27 draining any money I had at all. Then this morning on my way to work I notice my brakes are grinding like metal which was not doing that before. It dawned on me, when the two tow truck drivers came to my home to take my car I remember I was upset and at first I would not relinquish my keys to them. In an effort and I'm assuming some kind of cruel joke they decided to put my car in park and start pulling away with my tires grinding and screeching while laughing. I ran out to handover the keys that's when they stopped moving their tow truck. **Fact I have neighbors as witnesses and pictures of this incident to prove it. So, when finally speaking to a manager, I began the conversation friendly trying to explain my situation. Then again the call is more disturbing than the last. The entire time I am trying to speak, the manager is speaking over me. He refused to listen to anything I was telling him. He said that he knows the way this business operates and that my being laid off was not an excuse for not paying my bill. As for my brakes grinding he said, "how do I know if it wasn't like that before and that your telling me the truth?" This is when I had enough of the way they have treated me like I'm some kind of criminal. I told the manager I don't believe I should have to pay for new brakes considering their tow truck drivers did this as a cruel effort to get my keys. He chuckled and said, "there's nothing I can do for you. Is there anything I can help you with?" I again was in shock and just hung up the phone, after using some profanity I'm not proud of. The reason I am writing my story is because I want everyone to know how "Arrow Finance" treats their customers even worse during such divesting and unprecedented times. Please I urge anyone please do not use this company. They represent hate and demoralization which is what all of us are so conscientiously trying to fight against in today's world. I empathize with the individuals out there who have had to experience their belittlement and abuse. Peace and love to everyone out their fighting. Be safe.

From the first five minutes I was ready to abandon ship. Totally disorganized. We were talking to "new accounts" rep and she was constantly interrupted by other employees asking her to do menial tasks. When she left her desk the computer network signed her out. We were there forty five minutes and she was struggling to get us out of there when a teller yelled across the bank for someone to "ANSWER THE PHONE". She took the call and then left her desk. When she came back she couldn't get back on the network. Long story short- we had to return the next day. The most amazing thing is that they screwed up our account numbers and questioned every single deposit we made into our accounts. They were ticked that I had deposit slips from the bank that had the wrong account number printed on them. I didn't print them, you did, was my usual response. Sorry FCB, you continue to disappoint........

They promised to call back, but did not call within business hours. They suggested I do the dishonest move of revoking a charge afterward, even though I authorized the charge, which I believe should not have been suggested to me BY a bank worker. They told me they could not call me all day because they were too busy and even ate lunch late. Terribly unprofessional behavior. It's obvious the current staff cannot handle their responsibilities. I complained to the compliance officer but was not contacted again. I asked simply for an apology, but was not given one from the staff who bullied me.
