The reason I rated them 3 out of 5 stars is the lack of inventory. While the stores presentation made it appear like they had a lot of shoes and sneakers, the fact was they only had a few pair of each kind. I recently returned a pair after deciding the fit wasn't quite perfect. So long as you don't wear the shoes outside on pavement, they will accept a return. They basically have antique store prices, definitely not thrift store prices. They also have stopped taking donations at times because they're so full. But it's because their prices are too high and nothing sells. Their employees are always kind, but they're always severely understaffed and half the time they can't answer your questions because they always need to call the owner first. This applies to BOTH locations. I would buy so much more from them if they had fair prices, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
