The clothing that Carrie is some semi name brands, you're not gonna find anything very expensive here for sure and when you add the sale prices on top of everything else it makes it pretty darn inexpensive. Always have a coupon in the paper and they also have coupons through their app. That reminds me, I forgot to get the coupon out of the app when I checked out today so I only got 50% off of my purchase instead of 50% off +20% like I could've gotten if I use the coupon. Sigh. I'm not a huge fan of most of their clothing brands and usually it's a little chaotic for me in the store to shop for clothing but it was good when my kids were a little because you could get a lot of stuff for a little bit of money. They even carry men's suits although you're stuck with whatever sizes they happen to have on the rack. If you're careful you can find some pretty good deals in this place. The staff is always friendly, in the upstairs I often find that they have retirees working part time and that's great because the retirees typically take a lot of pride in their work and they are always very friendly.

My stride from the farthest slot in the lot was me taking this all in and pleased with my first impression of this business. This was my first time visiting this store so the outside should be the precursor of what I should expect inside. Upon my entering the store, the atmosphere was welcoming and departments clearly defined with signs and the layout takes you with ease to anywhere in the store like the yellow brick road leads to the Land of Oz. Ok there's no wizard behind a curtain but customer centric associates sprucing up their departments but aware of shoppers nearby to give a smile and offer support. The customer service counter was overseen by a wonderful woman named, Anne, who has customer service as an innate talent. I spoke with her over the telephone before embarking on my trek to Orange Park to visit this store. She really represents Bealls well unseen over the phone to meeting her in person. The visuals, merchandising and ADA spacing was all colorful and pleasing to the eye and represents the season. Whether clothing or shoes presented on tables or wardrobe fixtures, they were sized and impactful based upon availability and smart design flow and floor plan-o-grams. As a rule of thumb, I'm more of a specialty retail shopper over a department store because of the varied offerings rather than the one particular item of focus I'm in search of. But I was impressed with this department store and the designer selections that doesn't look dated, catering to more senior-like feeling products and clothing fabrics and textiles.
