Great experience for me in this boutique. Lots of cute jewelry and clothing. Unique but wearable. If you tagged a photo on your instagram (#TPNSELFIE) wearing one of there clothing items or a whole outfit you received 20% OFF. All Sales Associates were very accommodating even though the store was busy. They even have boot socks (socks that only have the top portion to wear above your sock for a knee high look without getting too hot) . They have purses and jackets. Not a soul greeted me, or asked if I needed help. They were too busy being super snooty gossip queens, having a loud conversation about who is cuter. I guess they judged a book by its cover; my no makeup, jeans and tank weren't good enough. Just in case they forgot - You with in retail, on a Saturday. I work in management in Corporate America. Guess who earns more money? It's a good think you rely on your husbands, because you won't make it on your brains and fake tan. Think I'll honk as I drive by in my Infiniti. I want to say thank you for your disgusting customer service this morning. You gave me a chance to teach my daughter grace and kindness when your employee was crass and rude. I hope you take this complaint as an opportunity to teach your employees not to judge a book by its cover and have a bit of compassion towards strangers. The owner is horrible at customer service. Tried returning an item and was treated like garbage. Much better options online and would not recommend wasting your time. Would give a 0 star if I could. I love the Pink Nickel!! They have the most amazing clothes that you cannot find anywhere else in Jacksonville. When I go in there I feel like I have my own personal shopper. I just tell Angela what I am looking for and she will put together several outfit options for me. The jewelry is really beautiful and is at a great price point. After being a loyal customer and frequent shopper since opening, I was treated poorly regarding a return. I purchased a Christmas gift and due to travel and being away I tried to return it 3 days after the last return date. I understand the policy but if you want to represent yourself as a boutique but treat your best customers as if They were shopping in Walmart, you will eventually fail. I personally brought no less than 5 new customers to this shop. None of us will ever return. Short sighted owner. read more
