They were pretty helpful and got me booked right away. When I arrived and did the check-in, the mechanics, Dave and Maj, looked at my tires and addressed the leaking tire. They also drove it around the block afterwards to test the integrity of the tire pressure. They were quick about addressing the issue, and didn't actually charge me for it since it was an easy and quick fix, which was much appreciated. If i had to buy tires to replace unfixable tires, the prices were actually quite reasonable, and even lower than where I'd normally buy it (i.e. Costco). The people there were very kind and knew what they were doing with tire fixes, and I definitely look forward to coming back in the future.

They raise prices slowly and lower them with the market so when they DO put prices up you don't feel like you're getting screwed. This is really important these days. The place is well located and has good hours late in the evening and early in the morning. I made an appointment at their opening time on a Saturday morning, and knew I had to wait there while the car was being examined. There was a very nice waiting room, with a TV and wifi. As a part-time student, I just did some readings for classes while they inspected my car. I was expecting to be there for around two hours, but was told after a little over an hour that I was all set. Excellent no-nonsense service and the employees were very friendly, especially at an early time on a Saturday morning. Will re-visit for any future car-related issues.
