I was only passing thru staying here but it's clear lots of the tenants are long term. In my opinion that speaks for what it's like here that people stick around.

I called and made the reservation for the same day of arrival and the lady that took the reservation was so kind! I showed up at the place and again was greeted with warm hospitality! The park is down a small street and opens up to a beautiful facility surrounded by amazing trees and an awesome lake. We were given a drive thru spot facing the lake and just were in AWE. My wife and I plus our little dog went and sat by the lake and threw a ball for an hour. So peace and beautiful. To top off the experience, the price was amazingly low. We live in AZ but if we lived anywhere near here I would have loved to have stayed longer! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! oh yeah, even the internet was great... We were able to connect our roku and it worked great, but besides that they have full cable with great stations on cable.... And they give you a brochure of the facilities with ads in it. Our AC went out and I used a repair person in the brochure and got it fixed within a few hours. Everything about this place was 5 stars
